The cashier was wonderful!! I ordered the cheesy potatoes I waited 20 minutes for the cheesy potatoes only to get home and find out that I got the bottom of the basket HARD AS A ROCK POTATOES Never eating there again. It sucks to finally splurge to purchase anything at taco bell. I went for 2 Cravings boxes. They are listed on the website for order, but not at the store. I ordered the 12 regular tacos for $21.99. I shouldn’t have!! Pictured below is 2 examples of how each taco I purchased lacked either meat, lettuce, cheese or tomatoes. They remain inconsistent with putting the tacos together. The only thing that you get a lot of is sauce packets. At the end of the day, I’ll be saving money by continuing to make Tacos at home!

I’m not one to leave online reviews, but I am so sick of this place. Every time I order and it comes from here, the order is wrong. They gave me a steak quesadilla instead of a steak grilled cheese burrito and the steak was so over seasoned it was inedible. I has to throw it away. The order is always wrong, they only give me my drink sometimes. They leave out all extra items, sauces and pico for example. The way the food is prepped is outrageous. I got extra steak on my burrito and instead of extra steak, it’s just some steak clumped in one area and it’s over seasoned! They don’t even know the difference between a soft taco and crispy taco. Honestly laughable how wrong everything is, and then it’s my fault.

I think leaving these is so lame but I’m so sick of how this Taco Bell is ALWAYS out of something that makes up like all of their menu. One time it was beans, another it was chicken, another it was TORTILLAS?! And if they’re not out they interrupt you as you’re ordering it with “THAT WILL BE TWENTY MINUTES IF YOU WANT THAT”
And you’re not getting your food whether you go through the drive thru or order inside in less than 10-20 minutes. And I get customer service doesn’t exist in the valley but with the exception of one manager (I think the GM) they all act like taking an order is like the most annoying thing they’ve ever done. I feel like they tell you “oh it’ll be 20 minutes if you want that item” it really translates to “I don’t want to make that”. At the drive thru after every item you order they super rudely interrupt with IS THAT ALL..like..what? I get 3 items when I’m there and I swear I’m treated like I’m shutting down their kitchen with a couple burritos and a taco
I’ve worked fast food plenty of times when I was younger so I’m literally happy even with the bare minimum but this location is without a doubt the worst fast food place in the entire valley. Everyone is just so rude and again I get working fast food sucks but these people make it seem like in between orders they’re mining coal.
No clue how they’re still open. The GM is awesome but other than her it’s just overly rude and angry employees mad that you dared to come to the restaurant they work in.
Go to the one in Wheeling or make sure you always have back ups you don’t mind having because chances are they’re out of everything you want. Every time. And you’ll be waiting for daring to make them work.
Get it together.

Was probably the worst sandwich and burrito I have ever bought, usually don’t say anything but at almost $20 and none of it except the chicken on the sandwich was edible, bun was hard and a rock, burrito must have been atleast an hour old, hard and cold cold. Crazy someone handed this meal out without saying hey this is gonna be a terrible meal.

Nacho fries were good. They Got my order wrong. Did not get my cheez -it crunch wrap. Got a regular one. Did not get my two orders of cinnabons that I paid for. Only got one. Beware when you order from this taco bell. Make sure you double check and have them repeat your order.

If I could rate less than 1 star I would. Horrible service, rude workers and manager. They had NO chicken at a KFC, No drinks, charged me and my friends for drinks and then told us after that we couldn’t get any, refused refund and ignored request for refund. Absolutely horrible experience.

They ended their $5 box and wanted to sell me less food for more money. It was one of the few remaining affordable places to eat but not anymore. The Taco Bell app is also terrible and offers none of the kinds of deals you’d find on the BK or McDonald’s apps. The quality of the food was already questionable at best and now with it no longer being cheap I have no reason to want to go back.
