Ordered take out for the first time. Got home, no salsa with the chips I ordered and paid for and my food was so cold I couldn’t eat it. The cheese wasn’t even melted inside the cheese enchilada. No tortillas for the fajitas. No napkins, silverware. Pretty disappointed was hoping this would be an option for us out here.

Went in with a party of four. Even though it was already busy we were seated promptly, and served just as quickly.
The staff was super helpful, and quick with everything. The food and drinks were all put in a snap.
The food was good, but won’t go as far as to say that it was the best, but still far above average. Everything was fresh, and the portions were huge!
I also loved that you get a huge glass for your beverage so you don’t have to ask for refills, but they are still offered if you need.

The food was freshly cooked and tasted excellent. I came in with a large church group and the staff was friendly and all the orders were correct. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxed. I had ate there one other time a couple of years ago when I was in that area and the food, service and atmosphere was great then too.

Food is usually very delicious. My favorite is the burrito de Mexico or the molé enchiladas. The only thing is sometimes I cannot call the restaurant to order, it just doesn’t work. I also ordered a to-go veggie fajita once, and (I’m not exaggerating) it was basically all onions. It had 3 slices of bell pepper and 2 small slices of mushroom. Other than that, though, the food is delicious.

Finally was able to check this place out. Our first time going the lady upfront was super nice and informative. I ordered nachos, a steak burrito and a kids bean/ cheese/ rice burrito with fries. So my son’s kids meal didn’t have any rice in it and had sauce all over it. Not sure if the wet burritos is a trend or not but I do not like it. With kids burritos I didn’t think they would put it on it but they did. So my son ended up not eating it since he doesn’t like any sauces on his food. So that was our first hump of this place. Today Dec 6th we went in and decided to give this place another try. I ordered a fajita burrito with no meat but extra beans and guac. Got nothing but a shy scoop of beans in my burrito with no guac or also rice in it as well. Everything i asked wasnt in my burrito. I ate my food later then everyone else since i had to work. My son re ordered the same kids meal and ended up having a burrito with cheese sauce on it once again. Luckily we called in and told them about the mistake on my sons food. I did asked for a dry burrito and ended up not having fries on the side. Instead the side was rice and beans. Thank you for redoing my sons food. My husband ordered a steak Gigante and had no issues. Unfortunately we will definitely not being coming back there. The workers need to pay attention to detail and better customer service. I wanted to be refunded due to the slack of food but I was not able to. Whomever the manager is I hope you can clear this up.

Shout out to poco locos manager , owners , and employees for not being able to understand verbal or written instructions on very important food details on preparing my family’s food , my husband is highly allergic to avocados and they still put guacamole in all of our food and of course it does not stop there ! My entire family that ordered chicken is sick from salmonella , DO NOT EAT HERE ! They refused to refund or even remake all of our food after 100+ dollars was spent , intact in the nicest way possible I was shrugged off and told to meet with owners . They will be hearing from me again .

This is a horrible place whether you dine in or pick up. Each time I have been here the service is slow and the orders are wrong. The food is dried out from being over cooked or burnt. This time they said to come pick up 10-15 minutes. 45 minutes later it was ready. Even with the person reading the order back they still got it wrong. This restaurant will no longer get our business.
