Out of fries, out of tots, out of chicken strips, out of chicken for the wraps, out of ice cream??????? Could only make burgers and hot dogs. After 20 minutes and still nothing (there were 3 cars total), I just gave up and went to McDonalds.

Place smells like backed up septic and Marijuana, servers are highly unprofessional and disrespectful, and the food tasted awful! Not to count the absolutely worthless service! 45 min wait for a single snack wrap which was cold and a drink. This place needs to be condemned

Ordered food same time as the other person with me. They got there food. I waited for literally 32 minutes I got out of vehicle and went to go ask where my food was. I was told they were super busy. So one minute later they bring my food out. I reach for a fry and ice cold. So I got out of vehicle a and asked for hot fries. 9 minutes ago by had to get out again and ask for my fries. I was there for over 40 minutes. Leaving with hot fries and ice cold burgers. And melted Popsicles I just bought from grocery store. They couldn’t be honest and say sorry we dropped the ball leaving your food on counter. Instead went with the busy card. But when I ordered they weren’t busy and my other person I wad with got food right away nice and hot.

Pulled into the stall and pushed the button. Waited for a while and then a prompt came on the screen with an order for $7.50. It then asked how I wanted to pay for it. A woman came on and asked which stall I was in. l told her 3. I then said I hadn’t even ordered yet. She seem surprised.
She took my order which included food for 5 people. The bill was around $50.
While we waited for our food, a young lady came by with an order asking if it was ours. It was the order that was on the screen first. She then went from car to car to find out who ordered the food.
We got home and found the food cold. The hamburgers and onion rings had to be microwaved to be fit to eat. Have you ever eaten onion rings that have been reheated in the microwave? it’s not a pleasant experience.
We have been eating at this sonic since it opened. We have enjoyed the food. Over the past few years, we get the excuse that they are short of help and it may take a while to get our order.
They won’t have to worry about that now because we probably won’t be back.
