Just stopped in for a lunch before leaving for Orlando today. If you are at O’Hare don’t bother going here. The server we had was polite but there was another lady serving and she came to our table and demanded we move our things off the seat next to us and split up the table that was literally two inches from ours saying she needs to have it open for a party of two and how does she expect to make money if it’s not open. First of all, you could have asked us nicely first before being so aggressive towards us. We were in the middle of our lunch and had to stop to move things out of the way. MIND you there were MULTIPLE tables open for guests to sit. The sign says SEAT YOURSELF so I highly doubt a party of two would have just walked up and picked to sit in our laps. The food came fast but my tenders were pretty hard tbh. Overall I’d say just skip CHICAGO in general because it’s always rude here but definitely skip this Chili’s until they get rid of her. Manager seems like he cares less and was steps away when she was acting like this LOUDLY in front of the entire dining area. It’s no surprise the reviews here are so low. At least I have a story to tell to start my trip I guess.

Came in, sat down and waited and waited and waited. We saw 4 servers and not one came to our table. We stopped 1 and she said she would send someone to our table. We again waited and waited and waited. So, we stopped another guy and he pointed to a woman and said he THOUGHT she was our server. We sat for another minute then walked to the bar. Better service at the bart, but everyone here is unfriendly. If you don’t wanna work, don’t. But don’t be clowns to patrons.

You can’t alter a single thing here. Everything is done through an app. I wanted the triple dipper and like all chillis, I wanted to choose my three items and three dips. But noooo… you have to get the one option they have which has the yucky egg rolls, plain chicken, and plain motz sticks. I asked the waiter and he said I can’t change anything can’t even choose my dips because “everyone wants to change things and it makes it too difficult”. I simply wanted Nashville Hope chicken strips, honey motz stick and Nashville hot sticks and 3 ranches as I was splitting this with my sister. That seems a lot easier and cheaper than some funky egg rolls. Never been to a restaurant where you can’t choose what you want especially chillis triple dipper which lots whole purpose is to customize it. Don’t recommend

Was invited by the manager to sit in the dining area. Another table warned me that the wait staff was a bit snippy but I took my chances. Turns out I should’ve listened to the other table. The waitress told me the section was closed. When I pointed out the other guests, she got an attitude and said that she’s been working since 5a and won’t be serving me. This was during lunch and it looked like they needed the business. The manager was just as confused as me when I left.

We sat for 15 minutes and never was waited on. One waitress told us a gentleman was our server and he said a lady was! Absolutely ridiculous. We left and all the gentleman said was sorry. Did not offer to take order; just sorry!

Never seen a group of servers that absolutely don’t want to serve tables. Zero drive drive, zero work ethic. Might as well be replaced by kiosks.

Worst Experience from waitress 11/23/25 @ 7:00 am
My husband and I went to Chili’s Too for breakfast and felt extremely disrespected. The waitress rushed us to order and then rushed us again to pay, even standing over our table while we were still eating and finishing our coffee.
When she dropped off the check, she remained at the table waiting for payment in a way that felt very informal and rude. After we paid and left a 13% tip, she told us we “had to” leave a certain percentage and implied our tip was not enough, even though there was no mandatory gratuity listed anywhere on the bill.
As we decided to leave because we felt harassed and watched, the waitress began shouting at us over the tip amount. Tipping is supposed to be voluntary, and being pressured and yelled at over a tip—especially when we did tip—is completely unacceptable and made the entire experience very unpleasant. If I could put a zero star option I would.

I understand that it is short staffed and stressful to work in an airport environment but Freddy or however he spells his name needs some work in customer service. You do not sit multiple people down before me and continue to keep hitting me with “just hold on” everytime I called him over. All I wanted was a Mango Iced tea….not a big order.

The service was slow, and we were never checked on or had our drinks refilled. Most of the meals were good, but the soup must have been old because I got a horrible case of food poisoning after eating it.

Ordered a salad with salmon to go. Service was non-existent. Waited 15 min for a salad, customer that ordered 5 min after me received food at the same time. Salmon had a BBQ type dressing which did not go well with the dressing I selected.
