The pizza is small but mighty.

I’d call this standard LA Pizza.

The sauce was good but I didn’t really love the dough.

Their spice mix is interesting.

I believe it started up in 2020.

They have seasonal pies that are so fun.

It’s a vibe and worth checking out.

UPDATE: December 2025-

After not having a great first experience with this pizza, customer service reached out to try and make it right. I’m updating this review not because of that, but because I gave it another shot and this time I had a much better experience.

Instead of getting a slice like in my initial review, I tried a pie so that I knew it would be fresh. I ordered their “Good Boy” and I can definitely say it’s one of the better pizzas I’ve had in LA.

Originally, maybe it was an off day, maybe I ordered at the wrong time, but I’m glad I tried it again because this time I can definitely understand the hype for this pizza.

This place gets 10 out of 5.
This is LA. Pretty much all restaurants have the best food and will beat your dining experience in a lot of other cities.
What differentiates from the “food was pretty good” to “I LOVE that place!” is service, which became an ancient word post Covid for some reason.
As someone from NYC, I never thought I’d say this but LaSorted’s IS WHERE YOU NEED TO GO.
The crust, sauce, cheese, everything is spot on. But like I said, it’s not only their pizza that makes them stand out but their service. And I don’t mean service as just general friendliness.
When I ordered a pie last week, there was a hiccup. It was upsetting but what could I do, just move on.
Then the business really went above and beyond to understand my frustration. The owner really understands what customer service means and I trust/support a business that’s run by someone with a big heart.

We had already eaten and grabbed our drinks, but we saw people enjoying pizza and couldn’t resist trying it too, so we headed over to LaSorted Pizza. Glad we did! The crust was that perfect balance of crispy and chewy, and the toppings felt carefully chosen, not just tossed on. You can really taste the quality. It’s a bit on the pricier side, but totally worth it. Chill vibe, great flavor, we’ll definitely be back for another slice.

I brought my team for lunch here and we had a blast with different types of pizza pies and sides. I’ve also come by at night and the whole area is activated with night market, bars etc. Also have taken pizza to go or by the slice. From the simple classic ones to inventive ones, with or without hot honey, Calabrian peppers… I’m coming back. I do like the zucchini popper. Just Wish they opened earlier for lunch.

Great food, but the real standout here was the service from Andy. I’m in my first trimester and have been seriously craving a good sandwich, but since cold deli meat isn’t recommended during pregnancy, I asked if it could be heated up. Andy was super kind and accommodating—and went above and beyond. When we picked up our food, Andy shared that the meat temperature had even been checked to make sure it reached 166° for safety. That kind of care is next level. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you Andy and LaSorted’s!

Some of the best wings in LA, no question. Buffalo lemon pepper every time. Also a fan of the fried zucchini which is always noticeably fresh. They do a great job here and the staff handling pickup are very friendly. Will be trying the pizza soon!

Oh man what a great first impression and I can’t wait to return for more.

Stopped by around 8pm the other night and I believe Jeremy was helping me, nice guy and offered good recommendations. I went with the Mortadella focaccia and it was outstanding!

It’s served slightly warmed as the focaccia is toasted which offers a nice contrast in temperature and texture from the filing. The bread is out of this world. I know the flavor but it just can’t come to me as I write this review, but there is so much flavor packed into the bread, I could buy loaves of that alone. It’s crusty on the outside and pillowy on the inside.

The mortadella is piled high with good pieces of pistachio and a slight saltiness. The burrata is creamy and smooth while the pistachio cream offers a nice nuttiness and more rustic flavor to blend everything together. Such simplicity truly makes the best sandwiches.

DAMN! Got the father in law on focaccia (calabrian heat) and a pepperoni pizza to go. The sandwich was packed but with the soft focaccia it was easy to eat and had so much flavor!!! Pizza had perfectly crispy peps and fired crust. 10/10
