Photo taken after salad was tossed, not a bite taken out of it.
I mean when the pizza is so worth the money, how can you cheapen the entire experience by offering this inflated side salad as a main salad and charging almost the same price as you do for your pies? Wild…
for the tartufo pizza. IYKYK! it’s not 100% consistent, i’ve had visits when the pizza may have been just slightly over or undercooked, or the toppings weren’t provided in the right proportions for my particular taste, but 9 times out of 10, this pizza slaps. everything else is great also, especially the tomato soup. the salads are huge portions and ingredients are fresh. add this spot to your regular rotation.
pro tip: add truffle oil to your leftover slices before you reheat. thank me later.
We greeted immediately and sat. Atmosphere is cozy, warm and invited with both indoor and outdoor seating available.
The best part of the meal were the meatballs, cooked perfectly and full of great taste.
I had to stop eating the pasta, both plates. I know what Al Dente pasta is and how to cook it. This was not! Both were chewy and some bites were hard. It was horrible. We finished the meatballs and left.
Service was great. Prompt and courteous. Parking is limited.
Will we be back? Nope. To many great Italian places with better flavors and pasta cooked perfectly.
The pizza was good but not the best. We just returned from a few weeks in italy and it was ok but lacked greatly compared to others in the area. Hoping they change it up because the margherita had tiny pepperoni size slices and just never hit the spot.
I’ll try again in a few months
NOTHING like Anticos but I hope it changes
(Type of pizza Salami )
