Nothing was really bad, but the “Whopper” is the size a regular Cheeseburger used to be, and a regular Cheeseburger can sit comfortably in the palm of a woman’s hand.
“Shrinkflation” has hit.
They got my order wrong.
(I wanted the BBQ Brisket, which is actually good, but got the onion burger that’s the current featured item. It was pretty good so I didn’t raise a stink over it. )
They DID add the extra pattie I asked for, so… +1 there, and they did have decent french fries, though the cup wasn’t very packed.
[UPDATE: The order error was a kiosk programming issue emanating from the Corporate level not controlled by the individual stores.]
The ratio of carbonated water to syrup at the soda fountain seemed elevated as drinks were on the weak side.
This isn’t the Burger King we grew up with. More like a Burger Duke, or maybe an Earl. The brand seems to be struggling, trying to contain costs, and it’s showing up on the customer’s side of the counter.

It wasn’t anything special but it was clean and okay but I had to wait 30 minutes to see a manager and really would have still been waiting had not I went up there to ask about her I just didn’t buy any food there though

Very nice service, but I make easy orders of just chicken nuggets – so there isn’t much that could go wrong. Good experiences with staff in the times I’ve been there. Wait time was good; though I happen to go at very quiet hours. Lot’s of parking in the shared lot.

I would here with my wife and ordered a large number three, and she ordered a small number 3. She got more fries in order to me. Not only that, I ordered number 3 not cuz I’m not a (vegan) but cuz I like the way it tastes. So when I said yes to add cheese to it I literally heard the person in the ear set in the Drive-Thru laugh as I mean my order it was totally unprofessional and I will not be going back

Whoever is working the drive through right now is extremely rude. Additionally extremely difficult to understand. The food here is always sub par for a Burger King. No thanks. Won’t be back to this location.

I know BK often gets a bad rap. However, as long as the service is decent it’s an okay fast food joint.
Not this one. Nearly every time I stop at this location, I’m disappointed. They constantly forget things that I order or give food that has been sitting all day or is over cooked.
The staff is embarrassingly lazy, even for a fast food place. More than one car in the drive through? Be prepared to wait 15-20 minutes.
Decided to try the new mozzarella sticks today. They had been so over cooked that they were hard as bricks and the cheese was brown or just nonexistent. A good staff would see this and remake them. Not these guys. Not only that, they forgot to put a burger in the kids meal I ordered. Should I have checked everything? Sure. But the only reason there’s a need to check is because of lazy workers.
Avoid this BK. Go to the one in Pleasant Hill instead.

Food was ok but waited 25 minutes for 1 burrito place was not busy me and 2 others inside maybe 1 at drive thru. Watched as guy in back made 20 sausage sandwiches that just went into a plastic bin dk if it was for an online order or what lady that tool my order finally made mine while guy was making the sausage sandwiches guy after me got his order at the same time I did. I think they need more workers in the a.m. so don’t have to wait 25 minutes for a burrito.

Service was smooth seeing that we were the only one’s there.
The order was not correct as ordered. This might not have happened if the manager and the cashier were not pre-occupied hugging and embracing each other. One of them might have supervised the order making sure that it was prepared correctly as ordered.

Serves its purpose. Fast and easy service. Great place for coffee. Lots of menu options. Downside is that the food doesn’t stay warm long. Other than that you pay for what you get. Quantity over quality. Best for locals. Travelers beware. Plenty of parking. Public bathrooms. Kids play area (probably not the most sanitary). High chairs available. Overall, it’s a convenient location for quick and easy access when you’re on the go.

Worst Burger King location EVER!!! Always out of things. Don’t even have the new cheesy tots and the guy in the drive through said they don’t have a way to order them! And they close at 10pm. The drive thru is the longest wait I’ve ever had for DRIVE THRU FAST FOOD! It’s the SLOWEST FOOD. Sometimes their staff is actually friendly, if you’re lucky enough to get someone with customer service skills!
