The food here is descent , price is on the higher end for fast food, each person would spend around 20.00 dólares with a drink. My biggest issue is the quality of the service. There is a lack of attention to details. We ordered food for the family with young kids. Despite requesting the loaded Mac and a cheese no spicy ( see pictures receipt), they managed to get the order wrong making the meals spicy the young ones could not eat it. Unfortunately the order was delivery, so we were not aware of this until our kids starting to complain it was hot, our kids ended up no eating it. Wasting the food and our money. I highly recommend to taste and double check your orders if you are picking this up specially for young ones. For us it was a waste of money and time.

I know eldersburg has been getting a lot of chicken places but this place absolutely puts all the other chains to the ground!! My father got the Hot sandwich and it was definitely spicy! Not like mild but HOT! We got the fried onion and it was the bomb!! The crimson sauce goes perfect with it! I got the chicken and waffles and the waffles were nice a fluffy and they give a decent amount of syrup! Overall, our experience was great! And the chicken is still crispy if you travel with it! Great for carry out.

I got the medium heat level chicken sandwich, not really hot but a great taste, which is better imo. Can always go hotter. Wife got no heat (plain) and enjoyed it. Hand battered, fresh cut fries. Mac and cheese was creamy with a sprinkle of their crimson seasoning (optional). Great customer service, pleasant staff. Definitely going back. P.S. they have smash burgers too!

The chicken and the fries were piping hot and fresh right out of the fryer, very crispy and flavorful. Service was quick and friendly and we would definitely go back there again. The prices were really good, we got two entrees two fries and two drinks for about $20. Definitely a great spot for a quick bite and delicious food.

Medium spicy “salad”. Pleasantly surprised how tasty it was. And actually spot on spice level. The bed of slaw seemed a little dry at first look but once you mix it in with the Crimson sauce and the chicken really good. Just what I’d wanted. Friendly staff & area looked clean and well kept.

Seriously in love with this place from the first bite. We’ve had take-away from here several times now – it’s always perfect. So much more flavor than the other chicken joints in the area, and if you like it spicy – you can really get it spicy. The regular sandwiches and the garlic twisters are equally excellent.

Had the homestyle. Big sandwich made once I ordered. Great flavor. Had fries and mac. Fires are run of the mill but sauce redeems them. Mac has a good flavor noodles aren’t mush. It’s a velveeta base style. Portion size is good for the single meal but $5 seems high but times are what they are nowadays. Whole meal was $21.70 meal felt worth it.
Store is clean, good use of red white and yellow colors. Not a lot of sit down space. Staff is friendly
Sandwich isn’t a eat in the car while driving. How ever many napkins you think you need grab one more cause you’ll need it.
Only downside for me was lack of drink options and tea machine was broken.

Very greasy variations of fried chicken . Nothing grilled on the menu. Ordered chicken wings buried in batter and dripping with grease. Had never had wings that dripped like that. They give you a slice of plain white bread with many meal options. Not exactly sure why.

This is fast food in disguise. Sadly, there was some minor difficulty ordering due to a language barrier, though this could have been resolved easily with a more clear menu design. The food was priced well above its quality and neither of us felt too well after eating. Finally, the water tasted absolutely horrible. It smelled of sulfur and burned the tongue.
Overall, this little chicken sandwich shop belongs firmly in the fast food category. The quality does not compare to its competitors even though they are similarly priced.

Up until today my family loved Crimson. We would order it 2 to 3 times a week. It had always been great. This evening we got take out delivered and it was completely different. The chicken tenders were tiny and we get medium spice. Normally the tenders fill up the box it comes in. Today you could see the bottom of the box. The spice barley had any flavor at all. Not sure if someone new was working and messed up, or ordering 45 minutes before they closed was not best or did they down sized the amount they give you . Either way the $95.00 that was spent was not at all worth what we got.
