Super friendly! I ordered the hot honey pizza, it was pretty good. I wish the honey was actually spicy, it just made the pizza kind of sweet. No fault to the employees though. The crust was also not great but once again no fault of the staff, I think it was just a flavoring or recipe issue. Cheese was awesome. It came with the amount of cheese all pizzas should have. I only spoke with one person, but he was kind and quick about my order. He apologized for it being busy, even though they did nothing wrong. Very professional dude. I may not order that specific pizza again, but I definitely look forward to trying another option. Definitely recommend giving it a try and being patient with them, as they all seemed to be working as fast as they could.

I made the decision to Doordash from this place today. Those with delivery issues I highly recommend to try it out, my food made it on time and it was still hot. Although I have eaten here previously, I have never reviewed it till now. Please be aware that the review is based on the restaurant and the location. Being a local, I’ve tried the other options in the area, and this seems like the better choice. Not to knock the other establishments, but I personally like their ingredients, cheese, and optional flavored crust. I wish the wings weren’t dry and had a little bit more flavor.
Overall, it’s a great neighborhood pizzeria that you can’t go wrong with!
Will I return? Naturally, unless someone is able to outperform them

Made an online order that went through DoorDash and the DoorDash driver never delivered the order. I called Marcos and talked to Andrew and he was professional and fixed the issue immediately and I had my food within 20 minutes. Please please please!! If somebody’s look at my review a year ago!! I have to come in here and edited the “new voice systems take way longer that somebody picking up the phone” and order the exact pizza I wanted. The price in the board 12.99 for a L and 14.99 for a XL my phone order was $16 for on single ingredient. I understand that this help the employees not to miss calls and give them time take the orders and maybe this way you don’t have to dedicated somebody to the cash register and reduce personnel… BUT this location for the last two years that I have been coming here is too good to do such a set back!! Somebody dedicated to the front and answer the phone will help instead of pushing everybody through the system. Took me a total of 10 minutes and two phone call plus my strong access to order something that should be less than 1 minutes. “One larger pepperoni pizza pick up -Nate” please change this in the name of the loyal customers and their mental health. Service is great and time of the pizza coming out of the oven on point as per usual!

I love this place. Don’t get me wrong but today’s visit was sub par I ordered two xlarge pizzas. And I got two xlarge crust with medium sized sauce and toppings. Was running late didn’t have Time to check. Kinda feel cheated.

Just not up to the usual Marco’s quality. Pizza was OK – really skimpy on the pepperoni, but tasted good other than that.
The cinnamon squares had no cinnamon – none – couldn’t smell it, couldn’t taste it.
Every other time, everything has been outstanding – Marco’s has become our new favorite. So we’ll try it again – hopefully today was just an off day at the Pooler location….

Bethany was just outstanding when her customer service I can tell the difference between when I first came to Marco’s and then when I come now, the atmosphere is such a delight and the food taste even better. I’m definitely coming here every weekend.!
