Normally the food is good here. The person at the window does their job perfunctorily. Not overly friendly but they’re okay. Today, we had to pull to the gate and wait for hot, fresh French fries. It wasn’t a long wait, but the tall, unhappy man who brought the food out to the car didn’t speak at all, even after I thanked him for bringing the food. He was so put out that he had to work. It’s not an attitude that makes you want to come back. The fries were in the bottom of the bag since the fry box was on its side, and they were not good. Some were old, and some weren’t seasoned. Some just tasted odd. The bacon on my burger was tough, the meat was chewy. In summation, I got a bag of bad, overpriced food with a side of attitude. It’s a really disappointing way to spend my money.

My husband and I just experienced one of the rudest encounters ever in the drive thru. Her attitude was straight up nasty and condescending. She seemed as if my husband ordering his food was inconveniencing her. We will NOT be back. The manager needs to make sure their workers are being trained in customer service because that lady at the drive thru was straight trash.

Ordered through DoorDash, couldn’t eat the Fries. It was as if they were sitting out for a while and cold. Atleast the burger was good. No straw or spoon for the shake.

They don’t even put all the ingredients into the blizzards. They’re not very nice, but they are quick with service. My husband ordered a royal New York cheesecake blizzard, and it wasn’t even appetizing looking when they handed it to us. My brownie batter blizzard didn’t even have brownie chunks in it. I won’t be back.
