This location usually has some rude employees that don’t really say anything to you and just hand you the order. I’ve ordered the side of corn about 3 times now and TRY to get it with just fry seasoning and no Cajun seasoning but it ALWAYS has it on it (yes I’ve double check that I entered it in correctly) and I’m a little baby when it comes to spicy so I end up having to throw them away.

Picked up my online order, was handed right to me after stating my name, left got home to realize it was a delivery order for someone named Nanci. Turned around and drove back the staff was apologetic for the simple mistake, no biggy. As I got in my car I watched the employees take Nanci’s order out of the torn open bag, look at the food and then rebag it… I’ve worked food enough to know if it comes back you never risk it and trash it and re make it, they don’t know if we touched Nanci’s food or contaminated it before we brought the wrong order back. I sure hope the GM Mr.Olsen takes time to review the issue and teach the team proper food handling.

Flavors are standard because it’s Wingstop, however I’ve ordered from this location a few times and they do not do a great job of fully saucing or seasoning the wings. The Lemon Pepper wings lack seasoning. The buffalo sauce on the “Hot Lemon” didn’t fully cover there wings and there were many bare spots. The only reason we choose this location is because of proximity. The orders are completed timely, but they should take a few more seconds to properly season the wings.

Ordered last night at like 10:30pm. The wings were tasteless, the chicken was dry. There was barely any meat on the bones and just had some really thick bones. For a wing place these wings weren’t very good. Was expecting to gobble them up. But very poorly cooked and prepared I would say. The guy at the counter also was kind of rude.

Ate here on Aug 3rd, Good food, some rude staff, one lady was nice. The rest gave really bad attitudes, one lady straight up made eye contact while I was asking for her help, and just turned around and ignored me. Not my fault you hate your life and work a dead end job. I simply asked for a take out bag when you were standing right next to them. They weren’t even busy either, just no customer service skills.

I placed an order through DoorDash and only received 1 thing that I ordered. I drove back to the location to get the rest of it and was helped by Jamie and Perseus who were the managers on shift. They made sure to remake everything and make it right. It was the best customer service I experienced! They deserve a raise.
