Ordered a stuff crust pepporoni pizza with pineapple and when I got home noticed it was just pineapple. Couldn’t go back because it New Years Eve and they had closed early. Called the next day and was just wanting credit for the wrong pizza I got and I would pay for the correct pizza. They had a no care attitude and were very rude when I asked them to correct their mistake. My wife and I have been eating here for 20 yrs but never again.

I placed my order at 4:40 p.m. for a 6:30 p.m. pickup. I arrived at 6:25 p.m., and my order was still not ready even after the scheduled time. I understand restaurants can get busy, but I ordered well in advance and expected my pizza to be ready on time.
The delay was disappointing, and there was no communication about it. I hope the store can improve their timing and customer communication so this doesn’t happen again.

Order a 3 item pizza “sausage, bacon and mushrooms “. Got home and found that I had received “sausage, bacon and onions “. Also heavy on the tomato sauce. I’ll always check in the future before leaving the store, if I ever order from this location again, which won’t happen anytime soon.

Love this place cuz it’s really the only pizza my kids like but here recently the person cutting the pizzas are way off and always jam the lid into the side of the pizza. Kids still eat it just a lil annoyed but not enough to stop coming in

Store is great BUT delivery is by DoorDash. This isn’t clear and when an order gets messed up it is a pain to have to call birth to sort it out. Ill just be picking up in the future

Every time I come into this location and see Chris at the registered I know it will be a good experience! So far every time I went there has been a pizza hot n ready and he is so polite and when it’s not ready (only happened once) he is apologetic and gets me one quick! Thank you Chris for always having a smile!
