My supervisor called wingstop last night to put an order in for today for us to have for lunch. He called about 8 pm to place the order and they said he had to come in personally to order, he said thats fine. He goes in today at noon to place the order and the manager told him he had to order online. After going back and forth with the manager he finally takes his order and got snotty saying i guess ill have to ring it up all individually. While thats going on the workers are in the back laughing at my supervisor because he was trying to order food for us. After finally taking the order the manager says i guess you need me to read that back to you. My supervisor says yes to make sure the order was right for my team. The manager rolls his eyes and reads it back to him. Afterwards he takes my supervisors money and then immediately walking away not saying a word. My supervisor needed the recent to bring back because it was on our company card. The manager storms back rips the reciept and tosses it back at my supervisor. I dont know what is so damn hard to order food but this specific location is god awful and has no respect. Be better if they shut down and bring in a different wing place.

We ordered takeout from this location on this very frigid evening (Jan 23 2026, 7pm). Our order was prepared exactly right. All of the workers were in great moods and working really well together. GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Went in at 4:40 on a Sunday with 3 employees working. One was taking a long personal call at the front register. No one acknowledged me or took my order while I stood there for about 8 minutes. After the lady got off her personal call she walked off without taking anyone’s order so I walked out. Hire more people or something. They weren’t busy either.

Food is great. Their app does not provide accurate wait time for orders. EVER! It’s ALWAYS a much longer wait then indicated when your order online. App says 10-20 minutes actual time is often 45 minutes to an hour. Staff always seems stressed and behind on orders.

Even with the hectic commotion of the Super Bowl and nonstop orders the team at this location still had a smile on their face and joked with everyone to make sure people waiting on their orders still were comfortable with the wait time. Food was hot fresh just as you’d expected to be even if you weren’t waiting 10 out of 10 five stars would eat here again.

Listen, I’m a DoorDasher and I used to work in fast food. I know how it can be sometimes. This place really needs either new management, or new employees, or just needs to shut their delivery options off PERMANENTLY. I’ve dashed here before this was the last night I’m taking an order here. I’m there and I’m waiting for a stacked order. (2 orders). One order is ready after 45 minutes. I’m already behind on my time for the minimum dasher standard. I’m waiting for my second order AFTER 1 HOUR. I finally ask one of the girls. “What’s going on?”. She said another dasher picked it up and that they didn’t have it in the kitchen anymore. They were so behind with other orders, that they didn’t replace it either. I had to call the customer and explain what happened. Naturally he was very upset. I then delivered the 1 order I had. By the time I got there. It was extremely soggy and inedible. Surprisingly, the customers were understanding. I hope they all got a refund because there was nothing I could do in this situation. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. TURN OFF YOUR DELIVERY ORDERS.

Waited a whole hour for my wings tonight and there was a bunch of yelling in the kitchen. Seemed like the staff were not trying to pick up the pace or not trained well and the whole lobby was full of people waiting on their food. The manager seemed like she was trying but the yelling and condescending comments to her coworkers were “interesting” and the cashier was very apologetic and nice.

This place gets more disappointing every time I come here. The floors are sticky the tables are sticky. The men’s bathroom was closed with no sign. They had no ice and when asked they had stated they have had no ice in 3 days!! Half of their soda syrups were not working right so everything was watered down, flat, and slightly warm. When told all their soda tasted disgusting we were shrugged off. Despite food supposedly being made to order our fries were cold by the time we got them, and my chicken was greasy as heck. I used to absolutely love coming here with my dad but it’s just gotten so bad and gross. Not to mention the service is usually awful. The line when we got there today had at least 5 people ahead of us and people standing in the kitchen not doing anything until someone finally said there’s a line. I think management and staff need a refresher on how the heck to serve customers.

My mom and I stopped here to grab lunch late afternoon. We were going to place an order online but it said it’d be 16-20 minutes. So we figured we’d go in and order so it’d be a faster. Wrong. We placed an order and the cashier said that it’d be about 15 minutes when we asked how long it would take, which we were willing to wait for. Well 15 minutes turned into 45 and we finally asked for a refund. I understand they were busy but they didn’t get busy until after we ordered. Our food should have still come out when they told us. Manager came out to give us the refund and said she had no idea it was backed up this far and that she was doing the schedule. Then proceeded to say the staff there currently were training for the opening location in Alton. You would have thought a manager would’ve been more proactive especially during a busy time with training staff. Very disappointing and a cluster you know what. Oh and while we waited in the chairs at the tables we realized there is black sticky smudge gunk on the tops of all the chairs that my clothes stuck to. Whole store is distrusting. Was never this bad the other 2 times I had gone.

The employees are disrespectful and the food will take at minimum 30 minutes. However, the food is damn good and is the only reason I still go to this place. If you don’t order online before hand have fun waiting in one of the two wooden chairs they have inside for half-an-hour.
