If i could give this place a zero, I would! I’m a truck driver to get food and they are closed at 9:30pm. Other drivers want to eat and they can’t. I have been to other subway in loves and they will have the employees of love to make it.

I came here at midnight hoping to get some real food because my blood sugar was dangerously low, to the point of almost crashing my vehicle. I was attended by a overweight female with a mohawk to whom i explained i am allergic to wheat and i would like everything that goes on a sub in a bowl. She REFUSED saying she can’t sell a bowl past 9pm. I practically begging her to serve me some fresh food on a plate explaining my blood sugar level. She told me to go get some processed food from the store, which I’m not allowed to eat under doctors orders, preservatives spike my insulin levels. I have never in my life had such a poor quality service from a Love’s or a subway. I will absolutely NOT be returning here and i will make sure to file a complaint with corporate especially if i get into an accident searching for real food to eat. It’s absolutely pathetic that i couldn’t be treated like a human being. What’s the difference between putting the ingredients on bread or a plate? Only that subway saves money on bread. Shame on Love’s/subway for having such poor employees.

I went into this subway and ordered a Philly chees steak. I’ve been driving truck for 14 years and stop at subway 3 times a week all o er the country and they have always asked me what I would like on it. At this one, they just made and put onions and green peppers on it and started to toast it. I couldn’t see what they were doing because they do not have a glass hood it’s metal. I said I didn’t want any of that on there and the lady behind the counter starts getting loud with me saying that how it comes and they have to make it that way unless I say otherwise. I explained that any other time they ask me once they get to the side with the veggies and she starts getting even .ore upset and saying this is how we are supposed to do it. Lol I said forget about it. This lady has a real attitude problem and should probably find another field to work in.

Waited for 5 minutes for someone even acknowledge my existence, even though i was the only one in there. Then they helped the peson that walked in after me first. Then they tell me that they don’t serve protein bowls here, even though it’s on the menu. There really needs to be a way to give zero stars on here. I’m very disappointed and will NOT be back.

I greeted the person behind the counter. They didn’t greet me or ask what i wanted just automatically put a paper down. I said I would like to do a salad. She looked under counter then told me they don’t have any. Thanks guys wasted my break not getting lunch. She did say sorry but you can tell no pride or expressive customer service. Terrible experience unfortunately.

After long day driving I stopped here for my reset.. went get a subway because it was only thing open at 11pm first thing walking in is the guy that was serving had a nasty attitude then I was charge 20$ for foot long and bag a chips and was told I have to buy drinks separately i asked the manager next morning how much for combo that comes with a drink it was 14$ so I said why I got charged for just sandwich and a chips they tried to throw it under the rug..

I came in today and Daniel was one of the nicest and happiest people I’ve met all day
He made my sandwich he made it very nicely took his time but didn’t take too long make it. I’ve came in a few times before when Daniel was working and he always seems to be a great person.
