Absolutely terrible, I had a Matcha Frappuccino with no cream and oat milk. At first, the Frappuccino is totally not feel like blended ice, just like a latte and it has cream on it. After I get a remake, although the texture finally feels like a Frappuccino, it has no any taste, it tastes like it has only blended ice with matcha. The most terrible Frappuccino I had in any Starbucks.

I’ve visited Starbucks in various places across the United States, and this is the first one I’ve seen without any indoor seating. One of the reasons Starbucks charges such high prices is because it offers an environment where customers can sit and relax for a while. But this store doesn’t even provide chairs??? If they were selling coffee at a lower price and only aiming for a takeaway business model, I’d have no issue with it—but this is Starbucks.

I couldn’t believe how bad the service was here. I am fluent in Spanish, but I am Indian and I felt so rudely treated because I didn’t speak Spanish to the customer service agent. I complained to corporate office with this message below.
The customer services was horrible! Bypassed us to serve only Hispanic customers. VERY RUDE AND LAZY EMPLOYEES. 5 standings around in a circle while customers wait. Took 30 minutes to take our order and then another 15 minutes to get our order. After we got our drinks, we had to beg the employees to give us the food that we paid for and we only ordered 2 cake pops and a banana loaf. I spent close to $40. I expect an immediate response to this complaint or I will have no other choice but to decline the credit card charges. The employees didn’t even give me a receipt because they immediately dismissed me to help the next Hispanic customer. I feel disrespected and violated.

I ordered the dragon drink with no ice and they gave it to me with ice, I told them and all they did was strain the ice and dragon fruit and add water to fill it up. it tasted like flavored water, I also got two cake pops, it took 15 mins? The coffee we got, about 20 mins. All teenagers,plus a worker made coffee for himself? I wanted to write this review because I thought the barista was absolutely very kind and informative on my error concerning refills. She was very professional. I’m not sure what was her name. I wish I would have haven’t gotten it to acknowledge her she was the young black woman making drinks.. Thank you for your service. With that being said, this Starbucks needs to add seating because it was cold that day and there was no indoor seating available.

Terrible experience. The workers are not educated on the policies of the store. One of the baristas charged me 2 dollars for the nondairy cold foam that usually comes with the Salted caramel mocha frappe (sorry starbucks I guess you maintain double standards for those who are lactose intolerant).
But you guys also charge 2 dollars for water! Tap water!
Other starbucks give water for free. They charge!
Shame on this starbucks I give it the worst possible review and it deserves a -10.
Additionally, they don’t adhere to the regular starbucks policy for customers. If you buy hot brewed coffee, sorry, there’s no refills.

Took them 30 minutes to fill two cold brew coffees. People were coming in ordering 15 minutes after me and getting their orders before mine. Get a manager who knows what they’re doing in here.
