We had an absolutely amazing time at Hemmingway’s! The specialty drinks were incredible — perfectly mixed, creative, and full of flavor. The food was just as impressive. A special shout-out to Krista, our bartender, who went above and beyond to make the day exceptional. Her cocktails were spot-on, and her service was friendly, professional, and fun.

absolute treasure of a lakeside eatery/establishment. Staff are all friendly, efficient and courteous. Gorgeous scenic patio, not to mention the building itself. Food is fantastic ( i personally recommend the egg rolls ). The boutique type stores are stunning, from home decor to lakeside essentials! I also really enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, no kids running rambunctiously throughout the restaurant, music is played at nice volumes, so as not to interrupt conversations, but create ambience, a vibe if you will. ✨

I came for lunch and had a delicious burger on the deck. I am very particular with my burgers- I only “splurge” on occasion. This burger was on point!!! – the smash patties were seasoned and cooked to perfection! I also had a Moscow mule, which was refreshing and well-made. Although the deck offers a limited view during winter (it is partitioned off to protect from the cold winds off the lake), it is still offers a great outdoor atmosphere. The service was also great with friendly and attentive staff. I highly recommend Hemmingway’s!

We had a great late Sunday Lunch at Hemmingways. The food was amazing. The turkey sandwich is absolutely amazing. Impressed with the Cesar salad too! The service was great and the restaurant is beautiful. We can’t wait to go back!

So I was questioning the restaurants out here. But this place is the shit. The building is beautiful and the service was excellent. I ordered the ribeye was juicy and tender. So if your in PK and look for something up to date this place won’t let you down. Going to the pie house tomorrow..they got really good ice cream .

Took my husband there for his birthday lunch. We had a wonderful time, and the view of the lake while you eat out on the patio is amazing. It was a little expensive for us, $66.28 for 2. Well worth the drive there. We will return.

Great place!! The view from the patio on the lake is nice. Has a boat dock to land your boat and walk up. Really nice place with an indoor and outdoor bar. Perfect addition to a day on the lake!We got simple food,but they have just about everything on the menu.

I was disappointed but my expectations were high.
Food was generally okay, nothing to brag about. I got the Sweet Heat Butterflied Shrimp w/ seasonal veggies and Mash Potatoes w/gravy. Shrimp were cold when served, but potatoes were still plenty hot. Veggies were zucchini and squash, came out with so much grease there was a layer swimming in the dish. Shrimp were just tossed in basic Buffalo sauce.
I’ve never been to a craft house before that had so few beers, let alone no taps at all, so beer flight was out of the question, but the signature cocktails were a saving grace that left a good taste in the end.
Atmosphere was nice, seating was ample and comfortable, staff was very friendly and really made the difference there.
Maybe think of it as a wine bar with a kitchen, or try their pizza as the attached pizza place is extremely good. It’s a pleasant place to be, just not as great a place to eat.

Absolutely loved this place. Beautiful lake view, beautiful atmosphere, amazing service and delicious food!! We ordered the appetizer platter. YUM. And I ordered the Cajun pasta w/ Salmon. It was so good I couldn’t stop eating it until my plate was practically licked clean. Chris was our server and he was awesome! 10/10 would recommend this place! Can’t wait to go back again!

Hands down most beautiful views on PK. Absolutely love this place and everything about it. From the kind faces that greet and help choose the perfect seating, to the care, beauty and taste of literally everything! Service is wonderful from your own server to any helpful staff member that happens by. Highly recommend the sweet-heat shrimp for starters then I’d have to say the ribeye is perfection melt in your mouth flavor packed delight, top that off with specialty margaritas on the patio and a huge piece of chocolate cake! Yum!! You may be useless for a while afterward but WORTH IT!!
