Based on the other comments I’m not sure if they are under new leadership or if I’ve just been at the right place at the right time, but the last two times I’ve visited over the last month or so, my order has always been fresh and correct. Sometimes the service is a little slow, but I’m ok with that if my orders are correct and food is good. Both times I’ve placed orders directly through the app for drive-thru pickup. No issues.

They always mess up the order …. The staff never pay attention on prep list . We are vegetarian and they passed beef base food … my kids by mistake had bit…. If this happens again I gone file lawsuit against them … they are really need to hired people who pay attention on preparing order . They could make someone life in danger…. Update this location is a total miss. They have hired some people that are running this store in the ground. Always check your bag before you walk or drive away.
Look Taco Bell is probably the most hit or miss there is right this location is doing good. Usually you have 50% chance at good out of all three.

I came in and Dine in with my group of four and had some of the new steak dipping Burritos and they were really good I also had some of the Crispy Chicken soft tacos they were actually really great I will be coming back for dinner and the store was very clean as well as the bathrooms thank you for the invite….

Got they sorry excuse for lunch Friday 3/28. It’s basically empty.
Came back today and asked to see the manager, showed him the picture on my phone and asked him what he can do to make this right. He flat out said “nothing”. I said i will not be back. He said he “didn’t care”. I simply said i know you don’t care. That much is obvious.
No one at this location cares about their job, your food or anything except clocking in and out. I suggest you avoid this location and go a mile up the road to the one connected to circle k. Let this one close.

I came to give a review, how we didn’t get a whole meal! The crunch wrap barely had any meat in it, missing a taco! Everytime I order here they miss something ! EVERYTIME !!! Then I start reading the other reviews. There are so many bad reviews, yet obviously someone is not reading them. For this many reviews to be bad they need a new manager!We alway have a big order . So they will be losing money . I will no longer go here

Placed an online order so my brother and I didn’t have to wait in store. Checked online and it showed that my order was ready. Came in the store and first they handed in the wrong order then when I told them it was wrong they were confused themselves and started remaking the order. The service is not to the standards of TacoBell.
