Visited this location today 4:31pm and was greeted promptly with a smile. I ordered two Açaí bowls both with extra crushed granola and one with no strawberries, extra banana, and extra granola. So, getting to the problem! When I arrived home the picture was how my bowl looked, it has 4 bananas and a host of blueberries which I truly hated that there was so many , there was no honey and no chia seeds in mine. Therefore, I called the store and once again a spoke with the same initial greeter and I reminded her to whom I was am d she remembered. I explained the reason for my call and she stated it was actually the manager Shelby that prepared the bowls which made it even more worse of the lack of comprehension. The manager said that she was sorry that it was not enough of what I asked for a therefore “SHE”! decided to fix it any kind of way!!!! I am livid at the lack of concern she presented over the phone. And she had the AUDACITY’ to say she can ask another manager to see “IF” anything could be done doe me. IF!!!!! WHAT SHE MEAN IF!!! When I drive from Southaven to this location. This is sad and she is sad, I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!! I paid $25.31 for my food to just be thrown together due to her laziness!! Terrible manager!!! People please check you food, bowls, smoothies etc before leaving this location!!!!!’nn

0/10 worst customer service ever in person and over the phone. Not to mention I ordered doordash once before and they have them being open @7:00 they accepted my order just to cancel it 30 mins & 2 drivers later saying the store was closed. Called them they didn’t answer 3 calls in bc 4th call they answered but didn’t say anything so I called again & the phone went straight to voicemail after that. Communication is key it’s nothing to JUST SAY “we’re not open at the moment”

That mango monsoon was the bomb it hit the spot and was gone in like 5min I should have got 2 and it didnt have all that nasty powdered ingredients at the bottom like most smoothie places have. That pb and banana flat bread thing was also good filled me up for breakfast. I’ll be back.

Stopped here today and was pleased. I tried the Caribbean jerk chicken salad. Had a good spice level so be aware of that. My husband got the chocolate peanut butter banana shake. That was also good. Prices are great in my opinion, I liked the recyclable bowls, and we will definitely be back.

• This being skillet-fried with a lil’ butter is the missing piece! Other than that it was pretty good for the most part.

spinach, kale, mango, pineapple, banana & fresh ginger (naturally sweetened)

• It’s naturally sweetened alright!! But, this is one of the most nutritionally beneficial smoothies out there! Although it’s not satisfyingly sweet it’s still refreshing!

No one ever brought out our curbside pick up. We had to get out & go in and ask for it. A few minor issues with some of our order being wrong. The buffalo chicken wrap was amazing tho.
