Came here for a late lunch with a friend from NYC. Apollo greeted us and took our orders. She got a classic single and sweet potato fries. I asked Apollo to pick for me.
The double green chile burger was arguably the best burger I ever had. It had a kick, so don’t get it unless you like spicy food. Apollo served the food at the perfect temperature. The burger patties were flat, thick, and cooked perfectly. They weren’t too thin and burned like many smash burgers. I honestly thought I didn’t Ike them before.
My friend loved her classic burger; she requested a couple of modifications, and they were followed.
Apollo and his team cooked the burgers to order, and that was worth the short wait.
We ate in a booth in a shipping container. The temperature was perfect, and it felt private.

Went here for lunch today, and I will say first of all that I really enjoyed my burger in terms of flavor. I also enjoyed the sweet potato fries in terms of flavor. What I did not enjoy were the ridiculously small portions. If you’re gonna charge $13 for a burger with no side, then it better be a big burger. This was a tiny burger and it was put together a little sloppily.(see attached picture). They also charge $5.50 for a very meager portion of sweet potato fries. Now I understand that they use Wagyu style beef and that is going to increase the price a bit and again the burger tasted very good. It just wasn’t a full meal. $19 with tax and I had to get a snack in the middle of the afternoon. Also, I asked for a little bit extra aïoli and I was told that there was a charge for that. I declined.
See the attached picture with a ketchup packet for scale. You’re looking at a $13 hamburger And it’s smaller than a Burger King whopper. And because everything is a la cart I had to pay extra for fries. Probably will not be going back to this place.

Got the Classic Burger, Katsu, and fries w/ coke. The wait was over 20 mins, which is fine since the staff let us know. However, the fries were made early. They were extremely cold and crunchy. The katsu wasn’t bad. It’s in a burger bun, so it’s better in a different bread. The katsu sauce was on top he sweater side. The burger was “wagyu”. But it was a smashburger-style. Crispy is good but it tasted like any other burger. To pay $45 dollars for all that. Definitely not worth it. Super overhyped. Because of the word “wagyu” it’s a high tier price for a burger. You might as well just go to in-n-out. Tried someone shake. It was a melted soft serve. It shouldn’t be melted and just water down

Great and friendly service. There may be a wait but they let you know and usually come through earlier than they estimate. The burgers are super tasty and rich. Crispy fries, and great atmosphere.

Excellent burgers. Have tried every sandwich on the menu and have been impressed by the quality each time. One of the best smashburgers in town.

Bos Burgers was ridiculously delicious. The burger was insanely juicy and seasoned to perfection—the kind of burger that makes you pause mid-bite and reconsider all other burgers you’ve ever eaten. I ordered the green chile, my husband went with the fried onion, and my son kept it classic with a plain burger. Every single plate was absolutely demolished.
I would’ve added a picture, but the burger and fries disappeared at record speed. Blink-and-it’s-gone fast. Next time, I promise. We’ll definitely be back… possibly tomorrow. Do yourself a favor and go get a burger. Your taste buds will thank you.

Awesome new spot in the neighborhood. Smash burgers are 10/10! YUM. The regular fries are ok, but felt a little subpar next to that gorgeous burger. For those complaining about the price, I mean it seems like they’re using high-quality Wagyu beef so I think that is reflected! More non-sugary drink options would be cool too, but either way I’ll def be back!
