This place is awful.. I ordered for delivery 2 combos one with honey lemon pepper and the other with dry lemon pepper. I ordered from this location assuming these wings would be as amazing as the Stone Mountain Main Street location.. boy was I disappointed. The honey lemon pepper had ZERO honey and the wings had no crisp. They we were also small. They need to get tutored on wings by the Stone Mountain location STAT!

My husband and I stopped in here after a long day of traveling and the service and food were so good!! The two ladies Arianna and the name escapes me working the front register were so polite and friendly. They answered all the questions and made sure we had everything we ordered. This is how restaurant service is supposed to be and I’m so glad to see it still exists.
The food was amazing as well hot, fresh and full of flavor!! The restaurant was clean and stocked with a working drink machine and napkins and all that was needed. We will be back.

I’ve had some tenders before from here that were pretty good but recently the food has been mid and a little disappointing. I had someone else pick my online order up for me and whoever was at the front desk didn’t provide them with my drink I ordered, so that was left out and the rice was lacking flavor. As you can see, they gave me scrambled eggs with my rice, no for real the eggs were a bit big but I didn’t mind it all too much. I asked for extra sauce for my wings, which they were skimpy on. Solid 6.5 out of 10. I got sweet potato fries as well, they were pretty good but the texture of some of them were a bit harder than I’d prefer.

Unfortunately my favorite local restaurant for fried rice was closed so I decided to give WNB factory a try for the first time. I ordered a large house fried rice with extra onions and extra shrimp. The rice was pretty good however, I did not like the chicken in the rice because it was overcooked and chalky tasting but the shrimp were good. I wish there was a lot more shrimp for the extra fee but it wasn’t. If I order the rice again I’d more than likely stick to just shrimp.
I usually order chicken and other similar items from the other wing restaurant in their shared plaza but after the awesome customer service I received here, I may have to return and try other items on the menu.

I wanted to have something new and I had been looking at this place for a few weeks and finally had the opportunity to try them out. The vibe of the place was very casual and the wall art was interesting. But I came for the food, so I ordered lemon pepper wings and a Philly cheese steak. The food is made to order so there was a wait. After about 15 minutes they called me to the counter to check out my food. It looked ok so I took it and headed to my car. Once in the car I found that my crispy fries were soft and the cheese steak was kinda on the small size. I drove home and munched on the fries as I drove. The wings were just ok. The cheese steak was definitely not ribeye and had an off taste, kinda like freezer burn. With all of the wing places around I probably won’t go back to this place again.

You might as well go cook your own food bc they don’t follow instructions. Asked for a chicken Philly- got steak. Asked for no onions or peppers- got loaded with peppers. Asked and paid for extra meat- guess what? No extra meat.

The cheesesteaks are horrible. They had a unmelted slice of cheese across the top. Sent it back and I believe it was the same sandwich, and they just kept it until the cheese melted, and it didn’t. It’s not hard to melt the cheese with the meat while it’s on the grill. Meat was like rubber. Wings were okay, but got cold waiting for our cheesesteaks. We waited about 30 minutes for our food, and another 15 minutes for them to redo the sandwiches. The cashier was the only thing good about this place. I watch 4 or 5 people send their food back for whatever reason. I would expect better quality for the price they charge.

I decided to give this place one last try and never again. The service is HORRIBLE and they take FOREVER!!!! I tried some bacon ranch fries with cheese and they didn’t add cheese so the cashier took it back to the kitchen and they poured so much cheese you could barely see the fries and to make it worse the cheese was cold! When we said something about it they didn’t care. To get good service I guess I needed to be a young hot male bc the 2 young girls immediately treated them like royalty when they came in. My cousins order took forever and when she asked how long it would be the girl acted as if she was being bothered and annoyed with us asking. She didn’t even know what it was or that we hadn’t received it. You can’t call or even speak to a manager so this was my only option to get someone’s attention. I’m actually surprised they’re still open but if some changes aren’t made soon they will lose all of their customers.
