Wonderful food. I typically get the #2 which is Crispy Boneless Chicken with Ginger rice. A fairly priced meal which comes with Diakon soup. A great taste.

I ordered the mix. Everything was warm except the rice, which was hard and cold, as if it had been left out all day. Very disappointing.

Honestly me and my husband found this spot two months ago and we have been getting take out once a week since!

I get the Issan, he gets the Heat and we share the wings and the mango sticky rice – it’s perfect. Simple and delicious! (The wings are honestly next level.)

We recently added the popcorn chicken and the Noodle dinner into our orders and both of those were fantastic. The wings are for sure better than popcorn chicken IMO but both are great.

If you aren’t eating here you’re honestly missing out.

I love this place so much. I’ve been periodically getting lunch from there for the last 2 years. The Heat is my favorite by and far. The perfect level of spicy and seasoning. The ginger rice is delicious. And everyone who works there is really friendly and helpful. I’ll be coming back as long as I’m in Union Square!

It’s a decent Thai chicken & rice spot but What Da Chick in Watertown is just so much better I couldn’t help but compare.

Each chicken order comes with radish soup and a sauce. More of a takeout spot, not really meant for dine in (tables weren’t clean and everything was served in to-go containers)

– Chicken was good and crunchy
– Rice was lacking the ginger flavor and was a bit dry
– Golden Bao was great but was drowning in kewpie mayo

Food was good enough overall with the chicken being tougher/drier than I’d like for Hainanese chicken. But the sauce it came with was quite lovely and made up for that

Overall, I felt that the food (ingredients) was low quality as well as not tasting good. Partly because it is not my typical style of cuisine – but good food would be good regardless of how it’s prepared. Eating that chicken made me want to abstain from eating chicken for a bit and I craved some other “simple” foods after (like bread and butter and coffee) to forget the flavors. Would not gogo again.

Honestly the worst chicken rice i have ever eaten in my life. The chicken was tough as old boots. The rice not much flavor in it at all. The soup at least is pretty decent. But overall i would definitely not recommend. I had the crispy chicken version and the portion is small and I did not like it at all

Super quick and reliable food. I love how simple the menu is. Loved nearly everything but skip the mango sticky rice. Just grab some from your local thai place instead, bc that was really disappointing. I wouldn’t say this place is amazing but it was a quick and nice enjoyable meal.

Order the spicy crispy chicken. The sauce and the chicken are the best thing on the menu texturally and also flavour wise.

I’ve ordered here a few times and I’d say that the above choice is what I’m willing to spend my money on. I like to think that I appreciate hainese style ginger chicken but I’m not willing to pay the same price for either or, or both.

I remember being really disappointed with my mango sticky rice so I’m docking it a star, but I don’t remember exactly why.

Thai tea tastes great. Overall would recommend if you’re in the area. I think it’s well priced compared to the adjacent restaurants. So definitely check it out!
