Well first thing is reviews that are 8 years or older. Second, your boiler plate responses to negative reviews don’t seem to be honest. They seem to be an attempt to placate the reviewers. Good reviews get details from the post itself. After reading most all of the reviews, I have chosen not to order from your restaurant. If I were to get a less than satisfactory meal, I already know what your response will be, the same response given to 99% of the negative responses. Your lack of taking responsibility for the quality of the food is shown by your carbon copy responses. I don’t feel as though the bad reviews bot h er you in the slightest because you don’t show any type of remorse for serving such food.

We ordered $50 in food, after a 2 hour wait we requested a refund. the lady taking the calls was extremely rude and disrespectful, she told me that she is not giving a refund and just keep waiting. I told her at this point the food will be cold and not so good. The lady responded, ” I don’t Care !!” and hung the phone up. She wouldn’t give me explanation why I could not get a refund. It was horrible customer services and had never experienced this type of service there. I’m super disappointed and will never go there again. I would not suggest going there .

One of my favorite Leeann chin locations by far, staff is always friendly, area is always clean, and food is always up to par. The Mexican lady that works there is super super nice. As well as Calvin and max. Both super nice and have a good flow together.

I’ve been there three times, usually on Sunday for dinner. It looks like most of the food has been sitting there for too long. I’ve worked on several restaurants and fast food as a teen. We always had to put a little sign up to tell us when to put in fresh food. Apparently this Leeann Chin’s doesn’t care if they serve fresh food or food that’s been sitting there all day. Maybe they’re trying to save money but it’s not good whatever they are doing. The service has always been prompt although they could use more friendly staff who smiles and seems to actually want to help you. The atmosphere is nothing exciting but usually clean.

Was craving fried rice and I would say that overall, including the chicken is mediocre and greasy food. Except the cream cheese puffs; best thing. I have had better Asian takeout food than here. Service and atmosphere has no complaints.

Chicken was burnt and smelled bad immediately as soon as I took off the lid. Food was delivered by Grub Hub driver in a timely manner. I called and talked to employe and explained problem with inedible food. She said would let manager know. No esponse from store. Will dispute charges with credit card ompany. Second time I got bad food from this location. If I could drive, would have refused this food before leaving. Disgusting!!

I don’t know how they can claim to be healthy! I wanted an entree with vegetables but I’m allergic to bell peppers, so apparently that limits me to Beef with Broccoli or Shrimp and vegetables, neither of which was available when I arrived. I decided to try the shrimp and vegetables and wait for them to make it. While the shrimp was very good, I got about 6 slices of carrot and a few little pieces of water chestnut. The sauce tasted like liquid salt. Panda Express for me from now on!

I don’t know how it’s possible to make white rice this dry and undercooked, orange chicken this soggy and unappetizing, or sesame chicken with so many pieces of cartilage in it. The fact that the fortune cookie had no fortune inside is really just a microcosm of the whole experience. Next time I’ll just spend the extra money on real takeout.
