The Employee was Very Rude. I ordered a foot long spicy Italian sub and I just wanted to substitute salami for the peperoni and she said she could do that that she had to charge me extra. And kept arguing with me about it. She was so unprofessional. I have never had a subway every charge me extra. My 2 kids and I get this all the time. It seems like she didn’t want to do her job. We will never be going back to this location ever again. Their always out of something and never fresh. Oh and the price for a foot long is 20$ I’ve never been charged that much. What’s really going on.

We got some sandwiches here recently through an online order. We took our bag and once home we found out our order was slightly wrong so we came back to get it fixed. The manager there apologized and helped to correct the order. We were offered some additional chips and drinks for our trouble. They want above and beyond to help us out and we understand that we’re all human beings and make mistakes sometimes. They’re help was amazing and we weren’t expecting anything extra, they didn’t have to give us anything but they made it right. So we appreciate this Subway location for their great customer service. The food was also delicious!

My family recently visited this location, and the staff here have done us a great disservice. Our order was wrong the first time. We had to come back three times to correct our order. At this point, we wanted a refund.

The manager’s attitude was extremely unprofessional. She was not in uniform, she was refusing to give us our refund, and was cussing at us while children were present. There were also visible hickeys on another employee. The cops were also called when it was not necessary.

I will patiently wait for 40$ back. Thank you so much.

I ordered on line last time I do that and go here, asked for Italian bread looks burned, never asked for lettuce in mine and barely has any meat. If fast food places, restaurants want to loose customers keep this up.

Of course someone always has something to complain about lol first of all this Subway is THIS ABSOLUTE BEST!!! It’s always clean and the food looks fresh as always and my bread is prettier than the picture!! Not only that but it’s delicious every time!! I’m never disappointed!! The ladies during the day are always super nice and friendly and amazing and the night crew is nice too especially the girls. Maybe the manager should record what she has on the camera of all these “bad complaints” and let everyone see the real side of what’s going on and put you liars to blast on tiktok!!!
