My first order was left outside in the cold with no attempt to contact me. The store offered to redeliver my order and this was what I got when I opened the box. Horrible service on your drivers part. Ig he was that mad about a tip and having to redeliver.

I had ticket number 217 I order at12:27 online 10/14 the pizza was not the way I order it it barely had anything on it like I work for dominos I know they use a scale but I can tell it was not used the pizza was so thin soon as we picked a slice up everything slide off so unacceptable

I had placed an order using the app. After I got notification that the pizza was ready I went inside and they couldn’t find my pizza. After a few minutes a customer before me walked in with a pizza box and told the staff this wasn’t his order. They had given him my pizza. The staff took it back from the customer and handed it to me as if they say there you go, here it is. They wanted me to take a pizza that had already left the building and gone with another guest and had been opened and inspected. I asked for another one and got some attitude back. At that point I didn’t trust them to make a new pizza and they fought me on a refund so I just disputed the charge on my credit card.

I ordered 3 pastas and a pan pizza for delivery. The pastas were fine. The pan pizza was squished. I called not even 5 minutes after it was delivered manager said she can’t give me credit because I have no proof of the pizza being squished to the top of the box and if I did want a remake I would have to come pick up. (So here’s my proof) she couldn’t offer credit, because again no proof. I offered to order again online and when the driver came to deliver again I was gonna give him the messed up pizza so he could take it back with him. She said I would still have to pay delivery fee again and because of security reasons the driver can’t come back. The pan pizza didn’t come with the white little center piece to prevent this from happening, driver also had the 3 pastas stacked on top of the pan all in one bag.

I can see why the lower rating…. I placed an online order an hour ago. Driver was ‘in my neighborhood’ via the tracker for 20 minutes. When they dropped the food it was cold so I called the store. The guy that answered the phone refused to give me his name,after giving me options, because he doesn’t have to, and the manager was in a hiring process at 8 pm and I couldn’t speak to him. I was told I could bring the food back and have a remake… Online delivery… Or I could have a credit under my phone number but no guarantee or confirmation number. Just his word. I don’t think that’s how you’re supposed to handle cold food that was delivered. Especially when I was being considerate and not raising my voice. Just asking for a guarantee. Nothing like cold food on a Friday night.

I’ve ordered here a couple time’s now since they’ve been open. My order has been made right and served to me fairly quickly. This new location is clean and you can dine in.. dont know any other domino’s that has a dine in. Haven’t dined in there yet but I thought that was pretty cool. Their crust tastes alot better then what I remembered it to be. Love the deals that they offer as well.. Definitely will be coming back for more pizzas and their molten chocolate lava cake is deliciously good. Hopefully I’ll get to dine in next time

We asked for square cut, and we got these strange shapes instead. We also asked for one pan and one hand tossed, but we got two pan. Both pizzas were cut just how it’s shown in the photo. Only upside was the manager of the store was nice.
