The slogan says “hot and ready” nothing is ever ready. Lunch combos are never hot and ready. Take 30 minute to make one. A HOT AND READY is never ready. Got a combo and opened the box after waiting 30 minute and was a disaster. Cheese everywhere, cause everywhere. Maybe hire some people that can run the place. Cashier kept sitting down in the back and not helping the other cook. Would be nice to not have to spend half my lunch waiting on a pizza that is supposed to be HOT AND READY! Sauce and cheese everywhere. Not cut!

Paid extra to have the bread sticks made with extra butter/Parm, and we got burnt, dry sticks with essentially no seasoning. Wow! How hard is it to put butter and sprinkle Parm on a bread stick!?!?. Clearly quite the challenge for this place.

I have been to this location before with no issues, but the day I’m posting this, it was pretty terrible. I walked in to place my order and was told it should be twenty minutes at most. While I waited, more people walked in to place or grab their order, and they had to wait a long time to even talk to the guy up front who was trying to help the people in the back. I watched them screw up at least one order, so the customer walked out. I witnessed one person wait so long, just the place an order she walked out. After a roughly 45-minute wait, I finally get my order, and when I get it home, we open the boxes and see a pizza that looks old and unappealing as well as feeling hard like cardboard The Italian cheese bread had very little flavor due to the lack of seasoning as well as it barely being cooked. Like I said before, my experience here has usually been good, but this was awful. The kid up front was doing his best between the frustrated customers and, from my perspective, being frustrated with the staff in the back, so I gave him some credit.

Absolute garbage. We waited at the store and it wasn’t even busy, so our food should have came out fresh. This looks like it’s been sitting for hours. They need to get better employees. People don’t want to waste their money on crappy food.

What a joke got a large deep dish open the box when I got home they must of used the small cheese bread pan to make the pizza looked like a $5 dollor lunch special. for a large deep dish it wouldn’t fill the box yeah vary Disappointed. May as well shut the door on the dump. Don’t go to Brighton store to get a large deep dish.

Pizzas overall pretty good but they can do a better job keeping the hot and readys stocked ..and as soon as it gets busy they just can’t keep up or seems.. employees are very nice.

I received a hot and ready not my stuffed crust I ordered I offered to bring the pizza back for a replacement, it wasn’t eaten and the man told me the mistake wasn’t on there end so he couldn’t help me. I didn’t want free food I wanted MY food. I will never come back over $4 good customer service guys!!!

Sometimes it’s ready on time and it’s great. Sometimes you show up and wait 20 mins past when the app tells you and the pizza is still good. I think they just lack staff.

Came in a while ago to get a pick up we placed. food was fine, but the cashier we got it from was….interesting. not sure if this kid still works here but he must of been in his 20s. we already paid but i guess we didn’t tip well enough because he told us “we made over $500 dollars in tips today” in an annoyed voice while never making eye contact with us not even once. that was my only time coming here and it was so odd i will never return.
