We came at lunch right when they opened. I’m so happy we can get yummy Hawaiian food in Minneapolis. In the North Loop Galley, other fast casual restaurants and a bar are also located here. You can order at the register, get a number and they bring your order to your table. Or you can order with a QR code right at the table, very convenient! The portions were plentiful. The fried rice and spam musubi were also amazing! There is pay by the hour garage parking and meters nearby. We will definitely be back!

This was one of our favorite food spots we have tried! The portions were generous and the food was high quality and delicious! It is located in a Food Hall (the only reason atmosphere got three stars is because it was very loud in there)- there is also an excellent bar in there if you’d like to have a drink with your meal. We highly recommend and will be going back!

Food was excellent! Closest thing I could get tasting like Hawaii so we went to try it out. We ordered the chicken katsu (the sauce was tangy, not a fan) and kalua pork combo, garlic shrimp (scrumptious and flavorful) and bbq chicken combo, the fries (tad on the sweeter side) and the loco moco. Not disappointed at all. Food and service was great.

Only thing was it’s inside of the north loop, seating is limited on Friday – Saturday night (5 pm) and it was loud. First time here and we brought a little one. Will try to come earlier and or on a weeknight to avoid the crowds. And – there are 3 other restaurants available.

Slightly overpriced ($18). BBQ chicken tastes better than the pork. Great portion of meat. It would be better to consider switching the “mac salad” to real salad, to add some veggies into the plate for healthy diet. The sauce tastes great, but it’s not enough for the entire plate. I use up the sauce for 1/4 meat in this plate..

Great food and great Workers. I got to talking with one of them and they are super friendly.

Me and my SO love to come here and get the combo plates and have leftovers for lunch the next day since the portions are big for what you pay for. We paid about 15-17 per plate.

My favorite is the Katsu and Mac salad.

How did I not know about this place??? I’ve been craving for Hawaiian food and so glad I found this place. It’s located in a food hall, so it was kind of difficult to find if you’re not familiar with the area. Food tastes just like in Hawaii and you get gigantic portions for the money. We got plenty of leftovers. Will definitely come back if I crave for Hawaiian again. Hawaii is basically my second home. Thank you for opening this place.

A little bit pricey but amazing comfort food and the portions kinda make up for the price! I got the loco moco and my friend got the chicken katsu and pork dish. All in all a pretty good meal

I’ve heard a lot about Ono from my friends that the reason why I had to check them out. From the traditional Hawaiin plates that are served with rice and creammete noodle pasta salad. The dishes were tasty and with large portion. The Kahlua and Katsu combo was perfect, crunchy yet tender. The Miso chicken and pork Kahlua pork was on point as well, sweet and tender. The service was prompt and pleasant. Will come back!

It was my second time disappointed from here. I am regular customer visit this place a lot of times.
I’ve seen the owner before, when she was running place the taste was fresh and every thing were perfect.
But today and last time the taste is changed it feels like. I can taste like it cooked more than 2 times. It kinda thin and doesnt feels like used to. I think someone might need to take care of this place. Im not sure owner’s still coming or working but taste got worse for sure.
Picture Im posting is just a part most of them’s size decreased, fried taste doesnt really great before.

Sister in law was in town and we wanted something new. Decided to change it up with Katsu that I enjoy. The Katsu was very crispy and juicy. My wife loves pulled pork and her Kalua pork was too her liking. My sister in law had the Poke which she enjoys and was not disappointed. Overall everything was very good and the portion size is large. Enough for leftovers! The one surprise that we all enjoyed was the Hurricane Fries. The sauce was very good. The only disappointment was that they ran out of short ribs but would still recommend eating here.
