Good pizza, sold by the slice or by the pie. Service was fast, the cashier was not friendly nor was she really interested in doing her job, but despite that the slices came out fast, were piping hot and good quality.

It was New Year’s Eve in 2025, and I was on an errand of Mercy at the CVS next door. They indicated is that if I asked nicely, that your establishment might let me use the the restroom. Your server informed me that it was only for customers; to w which l I was responded that I would NEVER EVET be a customer of this place no matter how much money I had to spend
Most people would ask that should be fired, but I am not a vindictive person.
I’m sure she was just following store protocol. But I plan to circulate this review on all social media platforms around the entire city of Boston
I think you need to train your people better. I’ll hold off on that circulation until monday, should you wish to reach out to me and make it up

I usually come here for a slice or two and the pizza is pretty darn good. The crust is bit thin but also very firm and flavorful. They usually have a solid slice selection, usually 4 to 6 options. The slices are enormous so one slice can get the job done. The Upper Crust is way better than OTTO. Take the time and go across the street to get pizza.

I don’t know why people feel the need to keep comparing this place to Otto. They’re two different pizzerias with different pies and vibes. Upper Crust is smaller and edgier, the Pac Man table in there says everything about the vibe they’re going for. It’s a great place to get a couple slices and get some work done cause even when it’s full, it’s never too loud. The service is also always great and fast despite the fact that there’s usually just two people working in there at a time: one at the cash register and one at the pizza oven. I’ve been a loyal customer of this branch for 5 years and am still always impressed by the amazing quality of their pizzas.

The upper crust pizza is definitely the best thin crust pizza in Boston❤️My favorite is the Margherita pizza There are enough seats in the store, and the freshly baked pizza is the best! If you don’t finish it, take it home and reheat it in the oven, it’s still delicious I’ll try other flavors next time.

Nice pizza and tasty. We bought the 18 inch state house pizza with all the meat and stuff in it. It was great with the thin crust. It costed close to 30 bucks but it was not filling. I always get the thick crust pizza but trying a thin crust pizza was great. Wish it had more cheese on it might try it again.
