I’ve just moved back to Lakeland in the last few days and I am absolutely over the MOON to see that they have a Rita’s in Lakeland again. It is a staple in Pennsylvania and it gave me a nice taste of home when I had it. I will be back!! Amazing service too!!

My husband and I go at least once a week. I’m generally very happy with the product, but lately I haven’t been pleased with the way they prepare my order. It’s not consistent. The layers between the Italian ice and the custard are too different, with too little ice cream and too much ice. It wasn’t like that before. They should also include more varieties. My favorite is banana and coconut, but unfortunately, I can’t find them when I go, and there’s no variety either. Now, there are other offerings in the area with much more variety, so I recommend you take that into account.
