So through the drive through, I was handed a cup that was improperly capped and doubled Cupped strangely enough. Well the cap came off, and as i’m trying to properly seal it on the cup.I don’t know why they gave me two cups, but as i’m trying to put the cap back on the cup, it Exploded in my hand and gets everywhere inside my vehicle. I go inside to let the manager know the situation, and she says there’s nothing we can do, but make me a new coffee.I said I at least like my refund and she didn’t even refund me the full amount of my beverage. I just want to know where can I send the cleaning bill of my jacket to, corporate?

I had to go back and change my review from 4 years ago, which was 5 stars. I don’t take that notion lightly. If I wanted 5$ worth of ice, I’d go to the local gas station. The writing on the cup was fitting after I finished this drink in two sips! My wife got less ice and a larger sized drink for cheaper.

The crew here is great! No matter how early or how late and busy these guys always put their best foot forward and have a great attitude and smile on their face for you! To the staff: I really appreciate you and your hard work!
Sidenote: I had a wonderful message written on my cup “have a wonderful day” or something like that. It put a smile on my face, and as I dipped my coffee throughout the day at work, it continued to make me feel so good and keep a smile on my face. You guys really make a difference! Keep it up! The individuals working here are very nice but I was disappointed in the drink. There is more ice and foam than liquid. The drink is half empty, and there is a nasty black substance under the lid, and on the rim of the cup so I did not drink it. Not thrilled, but past experiences have been fine.

Apparently if you don’t tip they treat you like crap. I had ordered 2 Frappuccinos through the app, no tip because I planned on giving cash. Pull up to window and give my name. No response from the girl in the window, just closed it. Came back a few minutes later, handed my drinks, I said “have a happy 4th of July” she gives me a sour look and says “ have a day” and closed the window. Needless to say I didn’t tip. Is this what you get when you don’t tip. How do I know they didn’t mess with my drink. Never go back.
