Our family loves Happy Shack! The staff is friendly & really listen when we tell them we have a little one with a peanut allergy. That means a lot The food is good (love the steamburgers!), a good variety of choices, & good prices. We love the Arctic blasts (coconut cream is our fave!). Our grandkids love the various ice cream combos they can create. Shown is mint chocolate with M&M’s. Yummy! This place is clean & colorful. A great place to sit & enjoy the flavors & the day!

This business just reopened today. I wad disappointed in the prices and the service. This used to be my very favorite place to get ice cream. The lady who took my order clearly had no training and that she had no idea what was on the menu. It took her forever to figure out the cost of a small chocolate cone and a small crunch cone. The prices are too high.

I ordered a pretzel with cheese and fries from Happy Shack off of DoorDash. Everything was warm/hot and smelled good. However, the pretzel did not come with salt and was hard as a rock. Chewed like bubblegum. The fries were also not crispy and very oily. The cheese the pretzel came with has a very weird texture and is kind of curdy. My friend ordered fried mushrooms and they were burnt. Very disappointed.

I was extremely disappointed with my order on August 14. Mind you, I understand that every ice cream shop has it’s own selection of products. That being said, I am a huge fan of a banana shake and have enjoyed them in many towns and states.
Last Sunday’s order of a large banana shake was peculiar, to say the least. I firstly noticed the bright yellow color. The color raised my suspension of added flavoring. This was confirmed by the lack of real bananas.
The shake was unappetizing and even nauseating. I could not finish it. I share this as a forewarning to fellow banana shake lovers: it’s not a real banana shake.
Happy Shack’s other menu items may be delicious (this was my first stop since changing from Shake Shack), but not the banana shake.

Good food but not good service unfortunately.
First of all I didn’t get my milkshake and I didn’t get my onion rings today and last time I went here I didn’t get my cheeseburger. The girl who took my order repeated my order twice but didn’t follow threw with everything that I wanted so I will not be going back.
What also kills me is that the place wasn’t even busy at the time.

They changed the chocolate ice cream. It use to be as good as DQ and now its no where close. Staff is always friendly and prices are reasonable.
