While it was good when it first opened. The last 2 times out online orders have been absolutely horrible. If you want quality it’s evident you need to go in and watch them prepare your food infornt of you. Avoid online ordering at all costs. Online order was set for 1/4 at 5:40PM pick up time. Absolutely no one at the restaurant either which is disappointing in seeing a bowl turning out like this.

I feel like standard Chipotle serving size was not properly trained here, unless that has become an overall change in their service? Our bowls didnt even get filled to the top of the container, normally I can have leftovers, that was not the case. Not much if at all customer service, food was standard but still scratched the itch.

Went twice big portions both times fresh ingredients and quick service. One problem is parking they have 6 handi cap spots 6 digital catering/pickup spots but only 10 regular spots I didnt go last Friday because the lot was full despite hardly anyone in the building

Genuinely shocked at the quality of the food. I had stopped going to chipotle because the one in Hudson is always greasy and the food dried out. This was well seasoned (I didn’t even know the chicken was supposed to BE seasoned) the line was short and I got the most enormous amount of food. The staff was friendly. The location is better than Hudson also! Easy to get in and easy to leave. I cannot reiterate the last time I had an excellent bowl from chipotle. I will be back

Ordered carnitas tacos and got the smallest amount of meat you can imagine. Asked for a little bit of beans and they filled it full of them instead. Customer service is extremely lacking. They all rushed me out of there and there was nobody waiting behind me. Asked for salsa and sour cream on the side for the tacos and they didn’t give it to me. Had to go back and ask. Definitely the worst out of the 3 locations I visit. Hope they do better in the days to come.
