The team at Bryans Road should be commended. The line at this location is insane in the evenings especially on $10 Tuesdays. Sometimes the line is so long and all I can see are buckets and buckets of chicken, leaving the store, continuously.
Every time I come, the chicken is cooked fresh and piping hot. The staff is friendly and the working manager is always present sharing the workload. I have had a lot of experience managing people and I know that the product that you produce is a direct reflection of the values that the manager holds their staff to. It’s not really about chicken.It’s about people doing things the right way.There’s so little of that going on these days.It’s refreshing to see that some people still care about doing things right.

The stores lights was closed and shut off at 10:26 pm I thought the store was closed I had to pick my food up from the driveway and I should of checked my food but I didn’t because I trusted the service I get home my order is wrong and missing an item but it’s too late to go back how inconvenient and lazy of the employee on that shift the Famous bowl I ordered was so Not so famous it was very poor a scoop of mash potatoes bowl half filled “Tired” just like she was ready to go home I get it end of the night tired ready to go home great attitude just lazy at completing a simple order Always check your food I had a gut feeling it was going to be wrong And then confirming it getting home nothing pisses me off more then the wrong order and then gotta go through all this bullshit to get a refund find some else to eat on a Sunday evening when all the other food places are closed So dissatisfied and disappointed Girl Bye

Cashier was very rushed even though I was literally the only person in the restaurant. Gave me the wrong sides then corrected it then realized my 3 piece was only a dry 2 piece. Employees cant read or count. Do better if that’s possible

I placed an order that I have ordered multiple times before. Upon realizing my order was incorrect, I immediately returned the food to the restaurant. When I attempted to calmly explain the issue to the cashier, another employee—an older woman named Taiya—interrupted the conversation and rudely stated that I had placed the order incorrectly.
I asked Taiya who she was speaking to due to her tone, at which point she began yelling. I was shocked by how quickly the situation escalated, as my intent was simply to have my order corrected—not to argue over blame. Taiya became combative, refused to continue the conversation, and ultimately slammed the takeout window in my face.
Because of her refusal to communicate and the aggressive manner in which she handled the situation, I contacted the police. This experience was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I will be reporting this incident to management and the appropriate agencies in hopes of reaching a resolution and preventing this type of behavior from happening again.

Update: I visited the location again to use the 20 voucher that the manager proposed, and low and behold, the same woman, Taiya, the supervisor, was being rude to an employee. She looked irritated STILL! The worker, obviously much younger than she was, asked her a question and she scoffed and rudely replied to him. Very belittling and very much aligned with my complaint even though the manager reassured me that “She may have been having a bad day due to schedule changes”.

Tried to charge me $15.89 for 5 tenders a small fries no drink no biscuit. Insanity! In this economy??? Drove away and didn’t order. This is an absolute joke. KFC isn’t accessible or affordable anymore.

WORST KFC! I ordered an hour before closing 10 pm .They make it a habit of only serving “what they have left”. This is an area with little to none food options . Why are you forcing me to buy fries as an only choice of side & telling me you’re about to close ? There’s still an entire hour ! Defeats the purpose of fast food .

Worse KFC I ever had. I ordered the chicken & nugget box. Food came in a bag. Chicken was over cooked. Driest I had in a min. The wedges, dry and over cooked. I asked for fresh ones too. The nuggets & the sandwich was dry. Nothing was good. Want to go back just to give them it back. Haven’t had KFC in a while but never again.

Very unprofessional and immature staff here. I placed an order and when I asked questions about sides and switching them out, it was met with a solid “no” without guidance or advice, just a flat out no. I purchased my order and was greeted with attitude at the window. I get it, everyone has a bad day but one staff member represents an entire establishment and this place just isn’t worthy of my money.

What happened to KFC!? The bucket of chicken we got was so awful we ended up tossing it out. Greasy, soggy & looked so unappetizing. I wish I could say that this is an isolated event, but this has happened the last two times we got it.
