The restaurant is small and set up like a fast casual chain. Not knowing what to expect, I played it safe and ordered the Tiger shrimp on linguine with white clam sauce. It was good. However, I tried the tilapia on linguine with pesto and it was extremely flavorful; surprisingly excellent. For two entrees and a kids meal and a soda, the cost was around $34. And it took a little over 10 minutes to receive our order. The staff checked on us 3 or so times after we got our food and was very friendly. They said they have been open about 4 months now. They have specials Monday-Thursday, which are listed on their website.

My wife and I are visiting and Would give Fins & Noodles six stars if possible. Pete is a fabulous host and has created a business model that won’t be duplicated. The food is fresh, healthy, and excellent, and the prices are great. The menu is exotic and creative while at the same time your meal can be made to order without a problem. We are already planning our return trip tomorrow. Thank for a great time Pete.

Outstanding healthy perfectly cooked fish with tons of options and sauces. Great lunches under 7 bucks and you get a free drink. Amazing how quick you get your food and how well it’s prepared. Going on my weekly rotation for lunch. It’s a concept I have been waiting for, healthy, reasonably priced, delicious, quick food. Staff helpful and friendly too. Only bad thing is there is only location….

I came in from out of town and saw all the reviews that were raving about this place. When I pulled up I thought, “Could this very normal-looking restaurant be the home of such great food?” Well, I decided to give it a try anyway and I am so glad I did!
The food is a unique blend of seafood and Italian. Their Angry Aussie is amazing! The garlic bread is also pretty incredible. Definitely worth going (again).

Amazing comfort food. To me, there is nothing better than the combo of seafood and pasta in a white creamy sauce and Fins and Noodles nailed it! My boyfriend and I had the salmon with Alfredo sauce, artichokes fresh tomatoes and bacon. I requested no bacon. We both cleaned our plates! My mom had the Asian sea bass (barramundi) with a spicy olive oil, garlic, white whine and fresh tomatoes. Everything was delicious! The owner made time to stop by our table which made our experience even better. We are from the springs but plan to make a stop whenever we’re in the area.

Just left from dining at fins and noodles, a first of what will be many more visits. The food is amazingly good, the menu quite versatile and the staff very friendly. Oh, and the prices are very affordable. I had a fried calamari over spinach fettucine with arrabiata sauce for $8.50. The dish could be double elsewhere. Sure, it’s in a little strip mall, but with a nice glass of red wine, it could be anywhere. Imagine the water front is not far away…..
Check it out, you will not be disappointed.

Had the lobster ravioli and wife had the fish piccatta for lunch. Both were excellent and it was a really great value. Have had similar dishes at Il Forniao for 4X the price. Really flavorful sauces and the pasta was cooked perfectly. Owner was okay with giving us noodles instead of a salad side. Very friendly.

Beats “Noodles & Co.” Hands Down!!
What a wonderful addition to the Southglenn area! We have visited several times and we absolutely love the variety of options for kids and adults. Our kids have enjoyed the traditional buttered noodles with sausage and fish and I’ve absolutely loved the variety of more adult sauces (Ciorifino Alfredo and Puttanesca) with salmon and shrimp.
Its also very moderately priced for the amount of food.
One other plug is for the garlic bread. Nicely toasted and well seasoned!
We are very excited to keep returning to our new favorite neighborhood place.

My husband Jimmer and I visited Fins and Noodles last night 6/17 for dinner and OMG it was amazing. The food was everything we had read about in previous reviews. We felt very welcomed by the staff and the owner Robert was very pleasant and versed on his menu. As this was our first visit Robert guided us as to what to try. The restaurant was a little out of our way, but well worth the drive. Regardless of the drive we will definitely be returning to try other menu items. We would highly recommend visiting Fins and Noodles.

Nice little pasta/fish restaurant. They have 12-15 tables. The food came out fast. It was very tasty. I did not care for the crusty noodles. If you are adventurous and/or like fish you will love this place.
