Einstein’s never disappoints! The service is always great — the staff is friendly, quick, and attentive. The food is consistently fresh and very customizable, which makes it easy to get exactly what I’m craving. My go-to is the Energy Spritz Monster drink — it’s the perfect pick-me-up to get through the day! The Chorizo Sunrise and Maplehouse Egg Sandwiches are both delicious, and my daughter absolutely loves their double-baked hash browns. I also really appreciate the convenience of their drive-thru — it makes grabbing breakfast so much easier when I have the kids with me. Highly recommend this location!

I was really disappointed with my visit to Einstein Bagels. The bagels were tough and didn’t taste fresh at all. I ordered a bacon, egg and tomato bagel with smear and got just one strip of bacon with barely any smear, definitely not worth the price. While the service was friendly, the food itself was a letdown. For a $9 bagel there are better options. Won’t be returning anytime soon.

I wish I had skipped this based on the reviews. I ordered an egg and cheese sandwich, the one I received contained bacon. I discovered this after leaving and biting into it while getting back on the highway. As a vegetarian, this was especially disappointing, and I didn’t have time to return immediately.
The rest of the order was not good. The hash brown tasted old, and the coffee was gross and smelled bad. The drive-thru interaction was slow and inattentive. The driveway into their parking lot is difficult to navigate. People exiting the driveway thru have to cross the cars turning in. There’s no line on the pavement so people don’t realize this.

Ordered ahead of time, food was supposed to be ready at 8:11. I was there until 8:40 and it still was not ready (1 sandwich btw). If you can go here when it’s not busy, you’ll get your food at a good time and it’s delicious! If it’s busy, don’t bother. Go somewhere else. This place is understaffed and poorly managed.

Placed an hour and waited 45 minutes before realizing they lost our order. Staff told us it would take an additional 30 minutes to prep our order unless we made substitutions seems understaffed – all the tables were dirty, no one working the counter unless you holler. A bit rough around the edges for franchise quality. GM gave us a few coupons for the delay which is a nice gesture but likely won’t be back to this location.

This morning I ordered a hot caramel macchiato and a toasted bagel with butter. The bagel was burnt, barely had butter, and they made the macchiato iced. When I told them I didn’t want it iced they “re-made it”. But really they just gave me a plain small hot coffee. They took advantage that it was a drive through order to cut corners. Rest assured they lost me as a customer.

Our favorite breakfast sandwich is the Farmhouse Egg Sandwich. It defaults to two eggs in the app, but one egg is plenty (and the price comes down a bit). We also tried the Garden Avocado Egg Sandwich which was good. The egg could have used some salt/pepper. Definitely a healthier breakfast sandwich choice. The dining room was quite nice and not that busy at this location. Good place to do remote work!

Einstein Bagels are good everywhere. I generally order a cinnamon raisin bagel with jalapeño cream cheese and black coffee. This was just what I need. The only problem was an over worked staff may have forgotten about my order until I reminded them. Seating was adequate but the drive up business was nonstop
