We placed a company pizza order at 11:18 AM, with a scheduled delivery time of 12:30 PM. At 12:00 PM, the pizza production commenced, and we received an alert indicating completion at 12:09 PM. The initial estimated driver arrival time was 12:16 PM, which subsequently escalated to 12:24 PM, then 12:30 PM, 12:40 PM, and finally 12:45 PM. Throughout this period, the driver’s location on the tracking system remained static. We attempted to contact the establishment approximately three times without receiving a response, and we have documented evidence of extended hold times. Upon arrival, we observed pizzas being loaded into vehicles, and we were informed that no manager was available to process refunds.
We respectfully request a refund for our order. We intend to contact customer care and the store owner to address this matter. We have left a message and await their response; otherwise, we will return to resolve this issue and dispute the charges. We also noted other customers present for order pickups while phone calls went unanswered.

i ordered 2 large pizzas and cheesy bread for $25. This is what you get. Thin , hard pizza, chewy pepperoni… they don’t even cut it correctly. Smh I’ve ordered from this location before and the cheesy bread is usually our fav , Maybe it was left out too long before I got there? I live less than 5 min away.

This dominoes is very horrible , I’ve ordered pizza more than 5 times have had problems every time. This is the only dominoes that does this. I asked for extra sauce on both pizza instead they came super dry with bread and meat. I’ll will be reaching out to corporate at this point. I can’t take it , the manager rude never refunded money before. This makes like more hard when simple instructions aren’t followed. Corporate will be contacted.

Everyone always goes online to write negative reviews for the most part. But this team right here tonight was amazing! I was greeted by the whole team as soon as I walked in. My order was literally pepperoni bacon and banana peppers on one side they didn’t put pepperoni on the pizza and bacon on one side. I called and it rang for 15 mins no answer. This is plain laziness

I usually order delivery from this location but decided to try carry out because of the online special. When I got to the location the price didn’t reflect the coupon. Anthony was a huge help. He kept his cool throughout the transaction and was able to resolve my issue. He addressed all my concerns and insured my pizza was hot.

I’ve placed an order to be delivered at my home , it took over an hour . The person who took my order did a pick up instead of home delivery. I even planned to leave 20 % tip . When I called I was told it was ready and it needed to be picked up. Dominos is not the institution it used to be . No sorry or offered something else for the mishap. They just lost a good customer.

Not sure what happened with Dominos, but their customer service just lost a couple of fans/members. My mom ordered a home delivery and offered to tip the driver 20% for it. The person who took the ordered placed it as a pick up. So im here an hour later, hoping my son will have some pizza with us before he goes to sleep. He will definitely wake up hungry and cranky. But I honestly thought someone conned my mom for her credit card information. Because there was no confirmation or notification that the order would be ready. Apparently, it’s against their policy, but how would we know to pick it up if we’re expecting the order to be delivered. Anyways, cie la vie.

The staff here are much friendlier than at the Jones Rd location, but I’m dissatisfied with the quality control. I always order online. Two times in a row, they didn’t give me all the toppings I ordered. The first time, they made me a new one and let me keep the first one (we had already eaten a slice before discovering there was no pepperoni or sausage). The second time, no mushrooms. The guy at the store wanted to throw it away and make a new one, but I didn’t have time to wait so I accepted a price adjustment for one less topping. In hindsight, they should’ve given me a much larger discount for their mistake. Really unhappy with the QC here.
