I just had a great lunch at this Sourdough & Co. location. I ordered the 4″ French Dip on their freshly baked sourdough with a cup of the fire-roasted vegetable soup. Both were excellent—the bread was fresh and the soup had a nice depth of flavor. While $22 for a small sandwich and soup combo feels a bit on the higher side, the quality of the food was definitely there. I really enjoyed the meal and would come back for the taste alone.

There was a steady stream of customers when I arrived. I got my food in about 5 minutes which is reasonable. I had the 8″ roast beef and my dining partner had the turkey. We both loved the warmed bread which has the perfect crunch. We plan on coming back.

So happy to have this Ca based Company here in the beautiful Sparks Galleria! Being from Germany and knowing good breads, we were very pleased with the Sourdough Clamchowder Bread Bowl and decided the bread was great! It held together the soup well! However Clam was sparse, much potatoe, but tase was good . Sandwiches with the crispy/ crunchy factor promised delivered all the crunch! Good they don’t use much salt so we could add to our taste. We went on a Saturday and place is frequented well by walk ins. Has several tables to sit comfortably and accessible bathrooms with baby changing tables, very clean!

First time ever in a Sourdough & Co sandwich shop. The Sparks location is a bit cramped. I didn’t count the tables but there are no more than six probably 5. Very little room if there is a line to order and the tables full. Which was our experience at noon on a weekday.
We ordered a 4″ turkey and pastrami and a 6″ roast beef. After waiting in line behind 6 other people. The sandwiches were ordered to go as the tables were full and people standing around for one to empty.
The sandwiches were prepared fairly quickly for the amount of orders ahead of ours. The only problem was that the sandwiches were on plates and not wrapped up to go. That was remedied quickly. Off we went back to the house.
The sandwiches were good but not as pictured on the website. The meat to bread ratio was lacking. The Dijon mustard used overwhelmed the taste of the sandwich. Both sandwich had primarily sourdough bread taste and Dijon. Everything else was over powered.
We will try again in the future and hope find this was a one off occurrence.

We had a great experience at this location. From the moment we arrived, the customer service truly stood out. Staff consistently made eye contact, checked in genuinely to see how we were enjoying our meal, and were attentive without being intrusive. Tables were cleared promptly, and multiple team members stopped by to make sure everything was just right — that level of care really made us feel welcome.
The sourdough bread is phenomenal — fresh, flavorful, and clearly a highlight of the menu. The variety of options was excellent, and everything we tried was delicious.
The only small drawback is the entryway, which is a bit tight and doesn’t leave much room for people waiting to order. That said, once inside, the atmosphere is great and more than makes up for it.
Overall, this place delivers not just on food quality, but on genuine hospitality — something that’s becoming harder to find. We’ll absolutely be back and highly recommend it to anyone in the area.

Went in with my mom for a nice lunch in a warm day. Service was fast even with the steady flow of people coming in. I ordered the garlic turkey pesto and oh man was it fantastic! I tend to order the messiest thing but this sandwich was so worth it. My mo melt their artichoke flatbread and again it was just amazing. I highly suggest a visit in! Very friendly, quick, and delicious food.

We had been looking for a new sandwich shop to try, and Sourdough & Co. absolutely hit the spot! I ordered the Turkey Pesto Garlic sandwich and it was so much more than I expected! Everything tasted high quality!

The staff here are so friendly and nice! The food is great! We had a breadbowl with roasted vegetable soup and a brisket sandwhich- both were so delicious! We took our food to go and they packed the soup/breadbowl well. Good amount of meat and toppings on the sandwhich. Nice array of chips and drinks. Cookies also very good. Def recommend a visit- we plan to return!

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant today. I walked and it was starting to get busy. The team noticed a line and sent in reinforcements with a second handheld register to take more orders. The staff is attentive and very kind. The atmosphere was pleasant. It’s a nice place for a lunch date. The girl at the register, kaylee I think her name was, was very nice and helped with recommendations. I will definitely be back again

I really wanted this place to be good. However the sandwich was taken over with bread and very little meat. I got a sandwich that had turkey and pastrami and I had to give it a second look to see if they forgot the meat. Unfortunately, I won’t be going out on my way to come here again.
