I had a solid experience here. When I walked in, I only had to wait about a minute before ordering. I ended up changing my order, and the man helping me was very complacent and didn’t seem bothered at all, which I appreciated.
He took a minute to thoroughly clean his scoops, making sure they were mega clean before serving, which made me feel like they take hygiene seriously. He did accidentally grab the wrong ice cream flavor at first, but he caught it quickly, wiped the scoops clean again, and got the correct one. After that, he made my ice cream fast and efficiently.
The young woman behind the register was also very helpful and handled everything smoothly. Overall, it was a good visit — quick, clean, and polite service.

I have been to this Cold Stone many times since it opened, but I have to say that my visit on 6/25 was the best yet. The staff was friendly. The restaurant was clean. They got my order right, provided everything I needed in the bag (spoons, napkins) and the creations were absolutely delicious. The portion sizes are generous and they don’t skimp on the toppings. I grabbed an ice cream cake to go and it was AMAZING!! I will be back for sure!

Ice cream was good. Staff seemed miserable. Was not busy at all it was super dead. The tables were disgusting. When we asked for a wet rag for us to wipe the tables they said they don’t have anything to clean with. Very unsanitary to not anything to clean with.
