Had the seafood Pho Do Bein. There were about 2 to 3 of each piece of seafood in it. Overall the broth was good and the seafood was okay. My son had the chicken fried rice and it was very good, wish I had just ordered that for me. It was sweet and cooked well. The won tons were also very good, I would recommend them for sure! Capped it off with a Matcha with red bean smoothie and it was good as well. Not very busy for a Saturday night but the food was good and service was fast.

Easily my favorite pho place in the city. The fried spring rolls are easily the best version of them I’ve ever eaten. Why don’t more places serve their fried egg rolls like this? The pho is delicious and the broth is very nice and clean. Great food and great service.

Well guess it all depends on who is working.
Been a few times and ate there and everything was great. This time we got $45 worth or takeout.
Pho was barely enough for a small and ordered a large.
The egg rolls the size of fingers.
The tofu and veggies was enough for a snack.
Probably will not go back…too bad.

My new favorite spot for Vietnamese!
Everytime I order, everything is fresh and DELICIOUS. Always EXACTLY what I want. Staff are friendly and the menu is easy to understand! plus they stay open a little later than most.

Food was so good! Huge portions and really affordable. Staff is really friendly and the restaurant is cute and clean. They have a ton of options for boba teas and smoothies and traditional Vietnamese coffee!

Very clean restaurant with a friendly staff. The food was delicious and well priced. The portions were generous and came out fast! I would highly recommend the shrimp appetizer…fluffy and crispy on the outside with a tasty dipping sauce..and the pork rice noodle bowl was yummy with very tender and flavorful pork. Definitely returning!

My family loves this place. Even my 4 yr old cleans his plate. Boba smoothies are the best in town. Staff is great, but we do really miss two of there waitresses who we haven’t seen in quite awhile now.

This used to be the best Vietnamese restaurant in Colorado Springs. I’m not sure what happened, other than COVID. If that’s the reason, I’m ok with it. Here’s my gripes…
First, they quit offering Banh Mi on their delivery menus with DoorDash, GrubHub, and UberEats.
Problem with that is they gave no reason to not offer it and it was their best menu offering. I literally have a history on GrubHub of ordering the Banh Mi and the cheese wonton (see below) on 4 days in a week. It’s that good.
Second is they changed their best appetizer, the cream cheese wonton. It used to be a custom made rectangular wonton filled with cheese and herbs and it was amazing. The best I ever had. Now it’s just the frozen flower looking wonton you see at any Asian centric restaurant.
I miss the old Saigon Springs. Please offer the Banh Mi again via delivery.
