I had a disappointing experience at Schlotzsky’s Deli. We were incorrectly charged for two orders of cinnamon rolls even though we only ordered one.
On top of that, my husband received his food fairly quickly, but I waited about 30 minutes and still never received mine. During that time, several customers who ordered after us were served before I was.
Mistakes can happen, but the long wait and being charged incorrectly made the experience very frustrating. I asked for a refund and decided to seek lunch for myself elsewhere. I hope the staff can work on improving order accuracy and service timing so future customers have a better experience. Pay attention to your receipt.

Today I ate here for the first time and it was ok the roast beef sandwich is huge has alot of meat on it and the Cinnabon was good of course I really don’t have anything negative to say other then for just the sandwich was over nine dollars next time I go back I wanna try other sandwiches.

First of I went and waited for A couple minutes, saying hello, then eventually went up to the window and asked if their speaker was working and the guy said I didn’t hear anything already very rude! He let me take my order at the window then told him what sandwich I wanted and he said “we don’t even have that” very rudely, you can tell he clearly didn’t want to be there. So I ordered a different one then asked for tea but they didn’t have any of course. Then wanted 20 minutes for my food, then finally got it and they had got avocado all over the bag and it got all over me!

Stopped here for lunch, first time visiting. Restaurant area is very clean, service was friendly and quick. They also serve Cinnabon inside as well, YUM! I got the Smoked Turkey Avocado. Very fresh ingredients and I really loved the toasted bun, I wasn’t expecting it!

Across from Chick-fil-A and on the same area as Walmart and Home Depot. Friendly and polite staff. Quick service. Drive through also available in case you don’t want to get out of your car.

My first time eating at this spot. It was recommended by a co worker. I ordered the original with Mac n cheese. Food was very good but ordering on line I thought I could just walk in and grab my food. I actually had to stand in line like I was placing my order for the first time and wait to ask about my order. On line it states I could just walk up and grab my order but that wasn’t the case at all. Hopefully they can get that squared away. The sandwich was good with the bread being more like a cornbread texture which was a good surprise.

I absolutely love Schlotzsky’s, especially for their sourdough BBQ chicken pizza—it’s my go-to! They have amazing deals too: BOGO on Wednesdays and just $5 after 5 PM on weekends. The restaurant is always clean, the service is great, and the ambience is relaxed and welcoming. Everything about this place keeps me coming back. Highly recommend if you’re a sourdough pizza lover!
