We stopped by around 1 pm and were really disappointed with the food quality. The biscuits were stale, hard, and cold. The coleslaw lacked its usual crunch and tasted like it may have been mixed with older portions or left from the day before. Some pieces of chicken were fine, but others were dried out. Overall, nothing tasted fresh, and it gave the impression that the food wasn’t prepared recently. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience, and we won’t be returning.

I love KFC mashed potatoes! I know this is fast food , but it has a different feel to it than standard fast food.

I ordered two 8 peice. Among other things I got home and realized i only have 1 8 peuce in the bag. I live a half hour away ive called 4 times in the last 3 hours, no answer. How dissapointing!

– the chicken was not very good, it was dry and didn’t have much flavor. The mac & cheese was pretty good and the mashed potatoes were decent.

This location is the absolute worst!! They can’t get an order right to save their life. We have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and the past 3 times they have messed something up. This is sad and we should not have to but we will be visiting the Pickerington or Reynoldsburg location going forward. 10 out of 10 DO NOT recommend
