today’s visit (around lunch) was very unlike the usual starbucks experience. when my food order was ready, the barista (purple/blue hair) rudely tossed it on the counter and walked away without saying anything. i could understand this behavior if they were busy but they weren’t. the overall atmosphere from the staff felt cold and unwelcoming, which is surprising because starbucks is usually known for friendly service. i will just start going back to the one in gulf coast town center

The service was quick, but never rushed—they made sure everything was perfect before handing me my order.
I ordered a chocolate croissant and a coffee, and I have to say, the croissant was absolutely amazing. It was perfectly flaky on the outside, soft and buttery on the inside, with just the right amount of rich chocolate running through the middle. It was served warm, which made the experience even better. I could tell it was freshly baked and handled with care. Paired with a smooth cup of coffee, it hit the spot and made for a perfect mid-day treat.
The store was clean and cozy, with just the right background music and seating options for anyone looking to relax, study, or meet up with a friend. I appreciated the attention to detail, from the cleanliness of the tables to the organization at the pickup counter.
All in all, my experience at Starbucks was excellent. Great service, great food, and a great vibe. The chocolate croissant alone was enough to win me over, but the overall experience truly exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be returning soon—and next time, I’ll be bringing friends to enjoy it with me.

Brand new store in the area with all the newest gadgets! I was very surprised and intrigued when I found out they have all the latest machines, that make your order in a fraction of the normal time! The staff was so friendly and welcoming, and the vibe was just right! The convenience and availability definitely made me a Three Oaks Market Pl regular! ☕️

This is a brand new Starbucks in our area this year. There’s a few others within a 10 to 15 minute radius, but the location is fantastic and the drive-thru moves fairly quickly. Excellent staff from other nearby locations here. I’ve been here about a dozen times and it’s very consistent

Fresh little girl working there is extremely rude. I ordered a drink with light ice and extra base (charged accordingly) however I received a plain lemonade with extra ice. Ask to remake and the next cup was filled with ice again. I mentioned light ice and she said that’s what we give and I said well I’m the one paying??? So she dumped two singular cubes out with a nasty attitude. At that point I requested a refund. I’ll go somewhere else to not pay to have my day ruined over. A drink. Evidently her mom never grounded her for poor manners or bad behavior. Shame. Welcome to America 2025 where no one is held accountable

Newly opened store on Alico Rd. in south Fort Myers near San Carlos Park. It’s a typical Starbucks, with a warmer atmosphere than some other nearby stores, including padded bench seating. Plenty of outdoor seating as well.
