Butcher and Sons in Roma Norte absolutely blew us away. From the moment we walked in, the service was next-level — attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming without being over the top. You can tell they care about the experience just as much as the food.
And the food… wow. The wagyu burger was unreal — juicy, perfectly cooked, and packed with rich flavor in every bite. You know it’s good when the table goes quiet. The mini sliders were just as impressive — the perfect size to sample more without committing (though honestly, we could’ve each had a full order).
The curly fries? Legit. Crispy, seasoned just right, and impossible to stop eating. Easily some of the best fries we’ve had in a while.
Our only regret: not saving room for the spiked shakes. We saw them coming out for other tables and immediately wished we had paced ourselves better.
12/10 would recommend. Already planning the return trip.

I stumbled across this place on my birthday by accident and LOVED IT! I ordered the Ozzy burger with a side of truffle fries and everything was DELICIOUS. The staff was very friendly and welcomed me in without a reservation. I would definitely come back when I’m back in CDMX!

Great breakfast spot!
I had the croissant Benedict with a latte and fresh orange juice, and everything was delicious. The croissant was perfectly flaky, the eggs were well cooked, and the flavors were spot on. A very enjoyable breakfast — I would definitely come back.

Delicious spot for breakfast, lunch, or brunch. The atmosphere was beautiful right on a cute corner in Roma Norte. Our server Sebastian was kind and super attentive and definitely added to our experience.

The vibe of this place is very chill, spacious seating under candescent lighting. The food is amazing. The burger meat is honestly incredibly tasty and full of flavor. We had the Smash wagyu cross and the Ozzy burgers with both the curly fries and Parmesan truffle fries. The fries were also delicious. They have three types of homemade ketchup that is better than most store bought brands.

But what really sets it apart are the incredible sauces they’ve created – each one is a burst of deliciousness that elevates the whole experience.
