I learned you have to put catering orders in 24hrs in advance online but I needed to do a last minute order for my office team for following day. Instead I went in person 8pm the night prior and team member was able to take my order for 18ppl. Day of pick up it was ready to go on time. These folks were great at helping me in feeding my crew and thankful they were able to assist. Will def be back to this location (& to order in advance) Thank you Bandera Pointe Location! 🙂

Dirty and the food was gross got double chicken which was mostly fatty. Understaffed felt bad for them honestly. But one of the girls skinny blonde was rude when I asked for salsa went on this whole speel didnt give me any. Just idk get more people. But over all just gross 4 pieces of lettuce. This location is consistently disappointing. Tables are rarely clean. Meat portions are usually one small scoop. Today they ran out of chicken and were out of coke. How do you not have food and drink when your business is providing food and drink? So I had to get steak. Do you think they offered to let me pay the chicken price even though I didn’t have a choice? Did they tell me they were out of Coke before I bought a drink?

This location is unsanitary and unprofessional.
On Sunday, October 12, 2025, I ordered food between 2:00–2:10 PM (Transaction #204, 2:13 PM). The store was visibly dirty — tables unclean, trash overflowing, food on the floor, and the drink station was a mess.
While my bowl was being made, I saw a female employee step behind the line to eat food, then return without changing gloves and continue handling lettuce and cheese. I waited to confirm she was chewing, then politely raised my concern—but she became rude and defensive immediately.
Robert Garcia (listed as “Apprentice” on his card but claimed to be the store manager) escalated things further. Instead of addressing my concern, he defended the employee and mocked me, saying, “If you don’t have money to pay for your food, just say that.” That comment alone shows complete lack of professionalism. My family owns a law firm in San Antonio, money will never be an issue. He is clearly more concerned with covering for coworkers than maintaining basic food safety.
This is a serious health violation, and the behavior of the staff was hostile, immature, and unacceptable. I’ve submitted a formal survey and will be reporting this further. Robert Garcia is a liability — to this location, to customers, and to the company. Chipotle already has a history of food safety issues. Roberts insults on guests, as well as actions prove he is a liability, as well as unfit to manage a business.

Walked in ordered my wife’s food, got a bowl with white rice black beans and the veggies. Pico cheese and lettuce. Got the order payed for it and as they were bagging the food a big brown cockroach came out by the food. And the staff did not do anything. My wife is vegetarian and when we opens the bowl there was steak everywhere mixed with the veggies.

OWNER PAY ATTENTION!! The place is SUPER DIRTY. It was disgusting to eat there. I should have walked away immediately. I could t finish the burrito just thinking that if the front was dirty maybe the kitchen was worst . NOT COMING BACK!!

This place is getting worse every month. They are always out of steak and you have to wait for them to cook more which the workers do begrudgingly it seems. The chips are often stale. The lines are long and it seems like they are never properly staffed.
