Let’s talk gelato – oh. my. tastebuds! The selection was a dazzling array of flavors, from classic pistachio that tasted like a trip to Italy, to some seriously inventive concoctions that made you go “ooh!” with every bite. With a company of scientist’s.. they calculated that there are a mind-boggling 510 possible combinations, which gave each person at Electra the challenge of creating their own personalized gelato adventure. Not a single persons dessert looked anything less than fabulolus.
But the gelato was only half the fun! The energy radiating from the server was absolutely infectious. This wasn’t just someone handing out the bars; he was a maestro conducting a symphony of sweetness! He were enthusiastic, offered fantastic recommendations with a genuine smile, and made the whole experience feel like a mini-party. Seriously, the good vibes were as delightful as the gelato itself.

HipPOPs recently was the dessert/late-night snack addition at my wedding in Breckenridge and was a massive hit! From the start, they were impressively responsive to emails and very organized. They made the booking process easy and were completely self-sufficient. They set up a tent outside and were a huge hit all night.
