I’m not sure what’s up but people that work here just act like talking to customers is the worse thing ever. Service is awful. Food is alright for fast food. But you should get better quality with the prices we pay. So skimpy on condiments and other things. The manager is wonderful but there’s a few employees there that could work better on their servicing skills.
Edited to add: the app is annoying as hell. Shows everything as “in stock” but apparently it won’t tell you it’s not and you paid for food that doesn’t exist or was ever even made. I sat at McDonald’s for a half hour waiting on one pumpkin coffee. App said it was ready. I get there and come to find out, some snobby worker named Heather rudely informed me they were out of pumpkin and have been for a while. Ok cool, don’t be rude first off. And second, your app needs to be updated if that’s the case.

Don’t bother using the app. All that order while there get their food faster!!! It’s been my experience 80% of the time.
Food is never ready even when placed 20 minutes prior. Horrible!!!

Manager was rude 2 times before I even ordered food. Ordered 2 large fries and both were not even half full. Never going to this location again.

The franchise owner is so cheap. No napkins offered on the floor. The only way to find out prices of food is by using the kiosk, and it’s clear that the owner after remodeled tried to make ordering through them. There is a single cash register that employees seem to dread taking your order through and they just recently put out a menu but again, no prices listed. The place was absolutely filthy today, 7pm on a Sunday with only a few patrons. I can’t believe that the company would let the franchise owner maintain the lowest level of service possible.

12/4/2025 4:10pm I was told by a manager I had to order from a kiosk, but I was paying cash. I understand I can order from it but either way I have to pay at the counter. Instead I just walked out. Wasn’t even busy inside. Blonde woman was the manager, she needs to learn how to provide service. Just went to the Chick-Fil-A down the street 2 minutes instead and didn’t have to wait at all.

I ordered my meal on the app and picked it up through the drive thru. After I got home I realized that there was green at the bottom of my vanilla milkshake. It was part of a shamrock shake. I am allergic to mint so I couldn’t drink it. Could’ve gotten an allergic reaction.

This is the worst McDonalds. Don’t go here. Just go to the one a few minutes away. I mean any of them other than this. This one sucks! Waited 30 minutes inside to get my food. Something is def wrong here! No one acknowledges you, and they just focus on drive through. Just horrible
