The following is my opinion, based on my personal experience, any the money I threw away.
Too loud. Prices on the menu are incorrect. This should be considered false advertising! Then they add an additional charge that has no explanation.
In my opinion, this restaurant is far too expensive for a horrible atmosphere and very bad customer service.
Last time I went to this place, about two years ago, same thing, extremely expensive for little value.
The stuffed pineapple was a small portion. The $23 ceviche was far too small a portion for $20++.
Avoid, unless you like overspending money on bad customer service. AVOID!!!!!

Food was delicious. Mariachi played while we ate which provided a great atmosphere. Meals came out quick and waitress was very personable.

DEFINITELY THE WORST ! I ordered camarones momias coras & The Server brought me a different dish !! i told her that is not what i ordered and she kept denying it and saying i did order that when i didn’t. keep in mind i order momias coras before and i know how they look. i even showed her a picture and she refuse to go back and change it . all she did was sitting down and didnt bother doing her job . she didn’t even get up to see if we needed anything else . she dragged to give us the check as well. bad service & SO PRICEY ! Definitely would not come back . ( PICTURE OF THE FOOD & IT WAS DEFINITELY NOT MOMIAS CORAS)

I spent $63 when I got told over the phone it would be $61 after taxes and everything. Not only that but the amount of langostinos for $63 it’s messed up and a joke to the costumer.

The food is not good and the service is worst, when I didn’t like my food because it wasn’t howI thought it was going to be served, it was overcooked and salty. The waiter wouldn’t let pick something else and that plate was $19.00 so over priced.

Food was not that great. Very watered down salsa and cocktail. Cocktail had no flavor. Tasted like it came out a freezer and defrosted. Wouldn’t come back or recommend to anyone.

I got there at 8:30 and they were charging an entrance fee of $20 ( there were families there and ik for a fact they weren’t charged an entrance fee) . And once inside it was basically dead, little to no people Horrible service didn’t check up on us once. We tried sitting in a different table then where they put us and straight up ignored us. Never coming back here!

Horrible service, horrible wait time, & horrible food, they tried to tell me this crab wasn’t expired after you could clearly smell a terrible odor and its visibly dried out. The server even took the piece that looked worse before I could take a picture. He argued that it was fine and walked away like nothing.

If I could give this place zero stars, believe me I would. As soon as we got here we were seated at a table which was great. We decided to try and get a table and they told us we needed to buy a bottle so we did. Once we were sat down they actually told us to move to another table. We didn’t really think much of it until the table we were getting moved too still had finished plates from the previous consumers that were there. They took a long time to have someone clean it off for us so we are all just standing there awkwardly. Once we finally got seated AGAIN, they took a lot of time for the sever to come and take out order. From the beginning it just felt like there were super unorganized. While we were still consuming there, they started to clean off our table of stuff we were still going to eat/drink! I don’t know what it is with all these Islas restaurants or if they are owned by the same owner but they definitely need to train their staff be better organized! If you’re in the berwyn area, I would honestly just got to Jardín. They have way better service and make you feel like VIP if you get a table. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
