Stopped by for a biscuit and gravy and it looks as a kids meal. The gravy wasn’t enough for the small biscuit that was received.

Once again the food was good and decently priced but there were multiple employees hacking and coughing plus for some reason, guessing the back door was open, the entire restaurant smelled like cigarettes. Which both are seriously sickening and If I wasn’t on a schedule I would have just left. Serious attitude from the cashier and the lobby was a complete disaster. Wasn’t even a single napkin in any holder and the ice was on the fritz.

I was very disappointed. My breakfast order was missing the hash browns and the added cheese I paid for. The spicy chicken was not fully cooked, and the biscuit was hard as a rock. I was the only customer in the drive-thru and waited over 5 minutes for my order. Which, typically, I would not have a problem with if my food came out cooked and included all the items I paid for. I rarely go to fast food restaurants, and this experience solidified why.

This restaurant was extremely clean and the biscuits were soft and cooked just right. The opening manager Tylor was professional and very kind. We eat there a lot so he had our food ready as soon as we walked it. It’s nice to feel like a regular to our local hardees. Keep up the good food.

I ordered one sausage biscuit add tomato and mustard. I drove away with sausage that was cooked on a cold grill, a piece of tomato that was tan and no mustard. The biscuit was great as usual. What are disappointment I woke up with Hardee’s on my mind this morning.
