My daughter and I met up for lunch. This is whatvshe picked and was my first time dining at any CAVA. I’m always up for a good food adventure. My food was really good and I’ll ve back for that. It was very plentiful for the amount of food that I got. The not so good. The lady at the register was not disrespectful nor friendly. She was almost like she didn’t want to be there. The tables were not cleaned. We went to several and felt like we were going to stick to the table. We never found a table that wasn’t sticky.

This was the worst experience at CAVA. I did an online pickup order. I had a pretty simple order I thought but when I got there two items were missing. After going back to get the missing items, my biggest disappointment was when I got home and saw what was in my bowl. The portion size was horrible. I didn’t order a child’s serving, but this is what I got. My question is where is the quality control. I’ve ordered inside multiple times and portion size was above standard.

I’ve been going here every now and then for about two years now. Every time it’s a great experience and i always get great service and food. Today (I wish I would’ve asked for her name) because she was very nice and went above and beyond to make my day better. She truly made my day. Love this place! Will always come back. This Cava has always been pretty consistent on their service and always has delicious, consistent food.

I’ve made three digital orders now, and every single time the dressing I order on the side is left out of the order completely. Despite the order being printed on the lid of the food and on the outside of the bag, it is ALWAYS overlooked. The food is fresh, delicious, and tasty. I just wish they could get the order right on the first try.

Best safe food (artificial dyes, high fructose corn syrup, GF, DF etc). So many tasty, filling options. Staff was the most kind and helpful staff I have experienced in a long while. Family of four, two kids. Custom bowls. Thursday at 5pm. Music is too loud for sensitive folks.

So good! I was in Madison from out of town. I’ve never had CAVA and decided to try it. I ordered online and for some reason the restaurant did not receive my order when placed. The employees were very apologetic and helpful. Great service. The food was also great. With it being a chain, I didn’t have high expectations but the food was full of flavor and so good. I can’t wait to go back.

BK makes this place awesome. Love the food here because it’s hands down better than anywhere else that’s fast and fresh! The food here blows every other chain restaurant away. This place is the best of both worlds, it fastest sooo good and doesn’t leave you feeling sick from unhealthy greases like everywhere else. Try the green sauce!!
