Good pizza and cheese bread. Employees seem very friendly. Delivery guy was very nice & faster then I was estimated. Only complain I would have is I ordered two pizzas one with pepperoni and sausage in the other with sausage and green peppers and they were both pepperoni and sausage. But still very delicious.

Medium pepperoni extra pepperoni extra cheese. This place more often than not really makes a good looking pizza that tastes good also. Usually with chain restaurants you get rushed unloved food that is expensive and doesn’t taste all to great. but this little gem on the bad part of town really shines through mediocrity by getting good food delivered fast and painless. They are quick to fix mistakes and make things right.

It was gross. It was cold. Everything was cold and I was there waiting an hour after I got the message that my food was ready. My moms pizza was given to a delivery driver and they had to remake it. My pizza was thin not hand tossed my wings were gross. Very unorganized and you can not blame it on a new system.

I did have them at a 5 Star. However, after the last 6 months of ordering and something constantly being messed up and food tasting less than even decent along with the rude customer service experiences I am at a lose.
We have always been nice everytime we called. We understand stuff happens. We even tip the driver’s again when they come back with the replacement food. Heck my son even forgot to top the driver we made it a point to call back uo there and let the boss know to send the driver back or have them stop back to grab their tip and we tipped the driver $20 for the inconvenience.
This leads us to tonight. We ordered
1 Pepperoni
1 Bacon
1 Cheese Bread
2 Cina Twists
The bacon pizza wasn’t cut and wasn’t cooked all the way. The Cheese bread wasn’t cut either and the cheese wasn’t even melted ontop. We called they sent out replacements. We tipped the driver again. One of our regular drivers we are good friends with. Wife goes to eat her pizza and they send it with no sauce literally. Call them and they put me on with a manager. At this point my wife is over wanting the bacon pizza. We tell them we want a different pizza. Told them just zend me the pizza she wants ill pay the difference or for the entire new pizza then just put a credit on my account. Guy tells me they can’t do a specialized pizza. I ask him of he is understanding what I am saying to him and he says yes and hangs up.

They’re on time in the pizza tasted great. Not much in a personable department as far as calling in it seems that a lot of places in Ashtabula are in and out personality. Whenever I personally work somewhere I recognize that the clients I work with pay my bills therefore giving them a a+ experience.
When your clients are paying your bills, you try to make every customer repeat customer I don’t get that vibe in Ashtabula in general when it comes to the fast food.

Great pizza, efficient staff and process. Quality of food is good. Prices are very reasonable. Offer great online deals for the app and carry out specials. Can save up points to exchange for future pizzas, only takes a few purchases to get a free pizza. Great desserts, food is hot when you get it and on time.
