Tried Eggslut in Downtown LA and it was absolutely worth it. The eggs were perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Simple menu but high quality ingredients and great taste. Even though it was busy, the service was quick and friendly. Definitely coming back!

Located inside Grand Central Market, this Eggslut is busy but surprisingly efficient. Even though there was a line when we arrived, it moved quickly, and the staff handled everything smoothly.

I ordered their signature egg sandwich, and it really lived up to the hype — the eggs were creamy and rich, the bacon added a perfect crunch, and the brioche bun was soft and buttery. Everything felt balanced and freshly made.

It’s definitely more expensive than your average breakfast sandwich, but you can taste the quality. A great stop if you’re exploring the market — quick, satisfying, and worth the short wait.

you can’t miss this as this is the first thing you’ll see when you enter the market.

freshly made to order, fluffy egg, great flavor, it’s a pretty good egg sandwich. limited seating but if you are able to grab a seat along the bar table you can also watch the kitchen working their magic!

Simple, delicious, and iconic breakfast spot

Eggslut is a must-try when visiting Grand Central Market. The eggs are perfectly cooked, rich, and comforting, with simple ingredients done extremely well.

The Fairfax sandwich is a standout, and the coddled egg with mashed potatoes is creamy and satisfying. Yes, there’s usually a line, but it moves fast and is totally worth the wait.

Tips:
• Go early to avoid long lines
• Portions are filling despite the simple menu
• Perfect stop for breakfast or brunch in DTLA

A classic Los Angeles food experience that never disappoints.

It’s on our must try list I’m grand central market!

It didn’t disappoint much! We had brunch here and it was great. Although we probably wouldnt have this everyday because there’s so many things to try this market. Still very interesting brunch for us!

This market is right next to our hotel and it’s an internet-famous one. We tried the sandwich and bacon burger from Eggslut, and they were absolutely delicious. There were so many tourists ordering food here, which shows it’s really well-known. We ate at this spot for two days in a row, and we highly recommend it.

This is a fantastic stop for a fast, satisfying breakfast inside Grand Central Market. We arrived early in the morning, so it was calm and easy to grab a seat. I went with the Fairfax sandwich paired with truffle hash browns, and both were packed with flavor and cooked perfectly. Everything came out quickly, making it ideal if you’re short on time but still want something memorable. There’s also plenty of nearby seating, which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable.

The original Eggslut at Grand Central Market was just a short 5 minutes walk away. This is also one of the advantage of staying at CitizenM Downtown LA right in the city centre. Just that it is a little pricey at $160SGD per night – even after the fourth night free we enjoyed with Citiprestige

This time at Eggslut Grand Central Market LA, we ordered the Fairfax sandwich with sausage ($11 + 3.75), Slut ($9) and Cold brew with milk ($4.5) for a total of $31 inclusive of taxes. The eggs were still as delicious as we remembered it. Light, fluffy and flavourful. However, there were a couple of areas where we thought the Singapore branch of Eggslut did better. Firstly, the sausage was a little too salty which took away the emphasis on the egg itself. Secondly, the egg omelette was not shaped as well as when we had it in SG. It sort of became a scrambled egg instead of a fluffy egg omelette…

Not impressed. We had the Fairfax sandwich, which was good flavors but way way too greasy. Also had the egg salad sandwich, which was served cold – guess it’s on me, but would be good if they clarify that. Also it’s just egg salad.

Just somehow doesn’t taste as nice as my last visit. The sausage, egg and cheese sandwich was soft and served hot, but I’m not a fan of the sauce used. Also watch out, as the egg yolk is runny and might spill out.
